The All About That Bass singer, 32, quietly closed the deal Thursday for $6,835,000 after barely a week on the market, according to TMZ.

She originally from rapper Doug Jordan for $6.6 million, meaning her fast flip brought in only a modest profit.

The jaw-dropping property spans around 14,164 square feet and sits on 1.09 acres, boasting seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

But it’s the lifestyle extras that steal the show - including a pool with a waterslide, recording studio, mirror-lined gym, and full-size basketball court.

The move comes amid a wave of personal and professional reshuffling for the pop star.

She has also confirmed she is scrapping her Get In Girl Tour to focus on family life.

This follows revelations that she has been in ‘heavy therapy’ to work on her marriage to husband Daryl Sabara.

She originally snapped up the lavish estate in 2020 from rapper Doug Jordan for $6.6 million, meaning her fast flip brought in only a modest profit

Her A-list neighbors read like a who’s who of Hollywood royalty, with Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, and Selena Gomez and Jennifer Lopez all reportedly living nearby.

Nearly a decade ago, she also snapped up Bing Crosby’s former Toluca Lake residence.

The property has its own star-studded backstory, having previously been owned by Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green and even featured on Bravo’s Flipping Out.

At the time, the couple were having the home renovated by Jeff Lewis and his team between November 2014 and April 2015.

But the lavish redesign, reportedly budgeted at over $1.5 million, was abruptly scrapped when the couple ultimately pulled out of the renovation altogether.

Meanwhile, Trainor had been scheduled to kick off her Get In Girl Tour on June 12 in Michigan, followed by more than 30 additional dates across North America.

But on Thursday, she took to Instagram to break the news directly to fans.

'After a lot of reflection and some really tough conversations, I've made the difficult decision to cancel The Get In Girl Tour,' Trainor wrote.

The newly sold modern estate opens with a sweeping motor court and a striking main residence defined by soaring ceilings and bold, contemporary design

Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, including a primary suite complete with dual walk-in closets, a spa-style bathroom with double showers, and a private terrace for those all-important LA moments

Trainor bought the house in Encino, Los Angeles for $6.6 million

'Balancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour, and welcoming our new baby girl to our growing family of five has just been more than I can take right now,' she further explained.

The singer said she now needs to focus on being at 'home and present' for her loved ones.

'I know this will come as a disappointment to my fans, and I am so sorry to let you down.'

Trainor added that pulling the plug on the summer run 'is the right decision for my family and me right now.'

She also reassured supporters with a 'promise' that she will 'be back soon' and 'can't wait for you to hear this new record.'

The star is still set to release her seventh studio album Toy With Me later this month on April 24.

In an interview published just a day before the tour cancellation and property sale, Trainor opened up about turning to marriage counseling amid ongoing tensions with husband Daryl Sabara, 33.

'I'm in heavy therapy,' the All About That Bass hitmaker said, revealing she worked through relationship issues while recording the album.

'I was in marriage counseling while doing this album,' she continued, adding that she and her husband are now 'so good now that I recommend it to everyone.'

'But that's where having the young kids, we learned, one through five, your marriage gets pushed to the side, and then you're like: "Why are we fighting? We're on the same team."'

'We started marriage counseling because we realized when we were even having little, tiny arguments,' she continued. 'We were living in full different realities.'

'We would even say in our fights, "Hey, we're not even fighting about the same thing."'

Trainor added that she and Sabara now make a point of never going to bed on an argument, stressing that communication is 'key.'
