Meghan Trainor has shared her bristling reaction to the online trolls who have criticized her for her recent body transformation.
After welcoming her sons Riley, four, and Barry, two, with her husband Daryl Sabara, Trainor underwent a breast augmentation and shed 60lbs.
The 31-year-old set off a flurry of speculation earlier this year among fans who noticed her reduced frame amid the Ozempic craze sweeping Hollywood.Â
In April she put the rumors to rest by revealing she took Mounjaro, which like Ozempic is an injectable originally developed to treat diabetes.Â
While many social media users were delighted by her honesty, Trainor has now shared that she also received brickbats for the way she changed her physique.
‘They’re getting louder. There are more of them. It’s crazy. The world’s getting crazier and meaner and they’re louder, and I’m like: “Is it ’cause they’re getting louder or is it ’cause I’m getting worse?” And I’m not,’ she told Entertainment Tonight.

‘I’m literally for the first time ever, after having babies, taking care of my health to the highest level, and I’ve never felt better, and I look incredible, I feel great and that’s when people attack me? I was like: “What?”‘ she added incredulously.
‘I was like: “Please, okay? I’m taking care of myself. You don’t like it? Okay.” So what am I supposed to do? I have to find a way to not be affected by that.’
Trainer has dropped a new single about her ‘obsessed’ trolls called Still Don’t Care, in which she calls herself ‘too cool to cry’ and ‘too hot to stress.’
She went public with her Mounjaro use on April Fool’s Day, addressing the rumors that had swirled online after a recent red carpet appearance of hers.
‘No, I don’t look like I did 10 years ago. I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me,’ she said.
‘I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy. And I’m so glad I did because I feel great,’ she dished.
‘Here’s to celebrating talent, growth, and the power of putting yourself first. Let’s keep shifting the convo to what REALLY matters,’ she urged, signing off ‘With love.’
Trainor has won many admirers for her refreshing candor about the steps she has taken to transform her figure, including medical interventions.

She ecstatically debuted her new boob job on Instagram this March, declaring she had undergone both an augmentation and a lift.
‘I’ve always struggled with loving my boobs before I got them done, because they were never even, were always sagging my whole life,’ she revealed.
As she spoke about the way her breasts used to be, she played some before footage of her posing in the mirror in a sheer white crop top and no bra.
Her post announcing her new surgery was a collaboration with Motiva, the company behind her implants, which she praised for having a ‘natural look and feel.’
‘My breasts look fuller yet completely natural and they complement my body proportions beautifully,’ she said. ‘They’re finally twin sisters and not distant cousins.’
The implant reveal a few months after she publicly announced that she was planning to have her breasts surgically enhanced.
She first broke the news in November 2024, saying that she was willing to undergo the procedure because she was no longer lactating.
‘My mommy boobies were full of milk and now they’re empty and then they’re full of milk and now they’re empty,’ she said on her podcast Workin’ On It.

‘They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small, I’ve lost some weight and I have, like, saggy sacks as boobs,’ the All About That Bass singer dished.
‘What’s really difficult is when I’m trying on all these amazing outfits for tour and for shows coming up, I have to wear the most supportive bras,’ she said.
‘It could ruin the outfit and they squeeze my sides. I’ve always joked and said for years, like: “I can’t wait till I can get a boob job!”‘
She spilled that she had wanted breast implants her ‘whole life’ and was now ‘gonna have boobies that don’t look at the floor and it’s gonna be huge.’
Trainer clarified: ‘They’re not gonna be big, sorry, they’re going to be tiny. I mean, it’s going to be huge for my confidence.’
