Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Meghan King shared a cryptic social media post after losing custody of her three children to ex-husband Jim Edmonds.
On Sunday, the 41-year-old reality star, who works as a real estate advisor in Ladue, Missouri, posted a photo of a bumper sticker reading, ‘Big fan of human rights,’ to her Instagram Story.
She tagged her location as Kirkwood, Missouri, just outside her hometown of St. Louis.
Less than 24 hours later, King shared a heartfelt birthday tribute to her eldest child, Aspen, who turned nine.
‘The brightest light, my greatest joy. A spectacular gift from God was born 9 years ago today. When I learned what love is. I love you Aspen King Edmonds. I love you to infinity,’ she wrote alongside a smiling photo of her daughter, whom she called her ‘favorite female to ever walk the planet.’
In addition to Aspen, King shares seven-year-old twin sons Hart and Hayes with Edmonds, 55. The former couple split in 2019 after five years of marriage.

Her emotional posts come just days after reports surfaced that she temporarily lost custody of her kids following an investigation by Child Protective Services.
A source told Page Six that King allegedly gave Hayes prescription medication that had not been prescribed to him on multiple occasions.
The insider claimed she administered Ritalin, a drug used to treat ADHD, despite Hayes never having been diagnosed with the condition.
Us Weekly first reported that CPS became involved after a staff member at the children’s elementary school contacted authorities, allegedly after King requested that a school nurse administer the medication to Hayes.
Page Six further reported that Edmonds and his wife Kortnie were in Tennessee when CPS contacted him, prompting the couple to fly immediately to Missouri to be with the children.
While Edmonds now holds sole physical custody, King has reportedly been granted supervised visitation twice per week. A temporary restraining order has also been issued, with a court hearing scheduled for December 9 to determine whether the current custody arrangement will become permanent.
The Daily Mail has reached out to King’s representatives for comment. Edmonds’ representative declined to comment.
Former RHOC co-star Kelly Dodd appeared to confirm the situation in a TikTok video posted Thursday, revealing that she had spoken to King following the reports.

‘So I just got off the phone with Meghan King Edmonds,’ Dodd said. ‘And she said that she gave one of her other twins Hayes some Ritalin, I guess, and it made her a “dangerous mother.”’
Despite acknowledging past conflicts, Dodd defended King, calling her a devoted parent.
‘We’ve had a lot of differences… but she loves those babies, she loves those kids, and I know for a fact she’s a good mother,’ Dodd insisted. ‘She is an excellent mother.’
Dodd added that she was praying for her former co-star and urged followers to do the same, captioning her video: ’#meghanking pray for her.. She lost custody of her kids! #prayers #losingcustodyoftheirkids.’

The custody dispute follows a series of public disputes between King and Edmonds, including police being called earlier this year after King allegedly refused to leave his home.
King and Edmonds married in 2014 and finalized their divorce in 2021. Edmonds later married former Playboy model Kortnie O’Connor in 2022, just two months after his divorce from King was finalized.
The exes have also publicly clashed over their son Hart’s medical diagnosis, with King stating he has cerebral palsy while Edmonds maintains he has periventricular leukomalacia (PVL), a condition involving brain white matter damage.
King was briefly married to lawyer Cuffe Biden Owens, nephew of President Joe Biden, in 2021.
The marriage ended just two months later and was annulled in July 2022.
