The former TOWIE star, 31, was left in severe pain after a medical procedure in her stomach led to ‘complications’.
Megan had the surgery last Monday, but just days later ended up being admitted to hospital where she spent six days.
In a new update she shared a makeup free selfie looking downcast to her Story and penned: ‘Finally back home after a week in hospital…
‘I’m feeling so much better but very fragile & have have had migraine for 2 days so I have a hot water bottle on end & a cold block the other.

‘Need to take it easy now & get myself 100% for Christmas!’
She continued: ‘Thank you for your messages your all so sweet.
‘Not well enough to be cooking up a storm yet but hopefully this week I can ease into it!
‘Also Oli put up the Xmas trees last night so our home looks all Christmassy! xoxo.’
It comes after earlier this week Megan praised her fiancé Oliver Burke for his love and support as she gave fans a health update after she was hospitalised.
On Wednesday, she shared a clip of the two of them sat in her hospital bed together watching TV on a laptop.
Megan cuddled up to her footballer fiancé as she looped her arm through his and rested her head on his shoulder.
She captioned the clip: ‘POV: when he comes & sits with you all day everyday until you feel better.’

Last week the Ex On The Beach star took to her Instagram Stories on Monday lunchtime, to detail her week-long health ordeal.
Sharing a snap of herself looking miserable while lying in a hospital bed, Megan shared her experience alongside and asked for ‘good energy’ from her fans.
Megan penned: ‘Hello, I know I told you all I was recovering last week, I had a small procedure in my belly last Monday which has lead to some complications inside…
‘It’s very painful & so uncomfortable to move. It got worse Thursday and was admitted to hospital Friday. All the nurses are so lovely. So I’m in good hands.
‘Miss cooking my dinners and sharing with you all. Just need some good energy put out for me please so I can be better to put up my tree and cook cute winter dinners.’
Last month, Megan hit back at trolls who claimed she ate too much after sharing a glimpse of her Indian take away on Instagram recently.

She said: ‘I am going in with pilau rice, Bombay potatoes…banging’ before tucking in as she waited for footballer fiancé Oliver Burke to get home.
However some fans cruelly claimed she over eating with one saying: ‘Change those giant plates…way too much, even for Ollie!’ only for Megan to hit back: ‘No I love them’.
