At the end of her night, Maya spoke about all the guys she had met during the day, who were looking for love, effortlessly plugging the new series of Love Island which starts next month
‘All the young boys are looking for ladies and if I can use this platform to spread love, then why not? Love Island don’t start for a couple of weeks, so let’s go!’
It comes as the TV presenter will be back on the small screen in January as she fronts the new series which will see former islanders return to the villa for another shot at love.
In the trailer, the lyrics state: ‘Love is lovelier the second time around, just as wonderful with both feet on the ground’ – a poignant message to the Islanders returning for the All Stars series.
In a cheeky reference to the show’s infamous loyalty test, Maya teases: ‘For the first time, we’re bringing back all star Islanders for a second chance at love, the question is who will be back for Amor.’
Maya was separated from rapper boyfriend Stormzy, 30, four years before they reconciled in October.
And now she’s hoping former Love Island stars will follow by her example, signing up to date in front of the nation for a second time in the ultimate quest for romance.
