The sultry presenter is currently in South Africa with ITV2 for the All Stars version of the long running show, and she ensured the spotlight was pointing her way while applying the final touches to her latest outfit.
Taking to Instagram, Maya, 31, showed off her curves in a plunging black evening dress that fully exposed her cleavage ahead of her latest trip to the villa, where tempers were fraying after a tortuous game of truth or dare.
Referencing the predictable chaos, she wrote: 'Games night on Friday 13th. What’s the worst that could happen??'
Maya will head into the villa at a testing time, as the group get ready for a party, with Whitney Adebayo receiving a text alerting them to be prepared with 'sharp opinions'.

Reading the text aloud, she informs the villa: 'Islanders, tonight is All Stars party time in the Villa. Make sure your opinions are as sharp as your outfits.'

With the villa transformed, Maya announces: 'Islanders, it’s your turn to let each other know how you really feel in tonight’s challenge "To be Honest".'
Stood in their couples, the Islanders will be asked questions before having to decide between their pairings which couple they feel fits the bill.

Maya dishes out the first question, which reads: 'Which couple do you find the most boring?' to which Jack Keating and Sher Suarez vote for Jessy Potts and Tommy Bradley.
'It's early days, and you haven't had any drama,' Jack explains.
When Belle Hassan is given the chance to share her opinion, there's soon a back and forth taking place between Belle, Lucinda Strafford and Sean Stone.
'Alright, let's move it on,' Maya is forced to interrupt as they bicker, before asking the next question: 'Which couple is most likely to cheat on each other?'
It's then that one of the couples comes under fire because of recent events in the villa, leaving one of them to say: 'Take a bow, that one’s on you.'

The Islanders are then asked: 'Which couple are staying together until something better comes along?'

And Helen Ford and Carrington Rodriguez are quick to vote for Belle and her new partner, Harrison Solomon, explaining: 'More Harrison than Belle... Belle's a bit too good for Harrison.'
Belle and Harrison then vote for the duo back, adding: 'I think secret garden was a bad move for both of you today and you’re being punished.'
Whitney and Jack will then clash over the answer to 'which couple are the least honest about their feelings', while Helena dishes out her views on Jessy and Tommy, calling Tommy the 'easy option'.
But it's the final question that will stir up the most drama: 'Which couple are the biggest game players?'
Love Island continues on ITV2 at 9:00pm.
