Love Island host Maya Jama could soon be lighting up screens in a whole new way – by launching her own YouTube series.
The TV presenter, 30, is said to be eyeing up a major career shift that would see her dive into the influencer world and cash in on her huge online following.
Maya has reportedly been taking inspiration from the likes of Molly-Mae Hague, who’s made a fortune turning her brand into a business on the social media platform.
The star even dropped a hint to fans online, recently posting a story calling out ‘lurking likers’ a nod to the silent audience already keeping tabs on her content.
Following a massive 115 million views in just a month – including over 10 million on a holiday carousel with her Manchester City star boyfriend Ruben Dias – the presenter took to social media to share the impressive figures with her 3.2 million followers.
She didn’t hold back either, calling out the silent onlookers who scroll without engaging, joking she might need to ‘start a YouTube so I can convert the watchers to money at least’.

Maya and Ruben, 30, have been dating for several months and have enjoyed numerous romantic holidays together.
It is now thought the pair are taking the next step in their relationship as things are getting serious between the couple.
It has been claimed that Maya is eyeing up splitting her time between London and Manchester to spend more time with Ruben.
Ruben’s commitment to Maya early on in their romance reportedly secured things for the couple and they are even said to be looking at moving in together.
A source told The Sun: ‘Ruben made sure from the start that his intentions with Maya were clear, he knows he’s struck gold and wants to make sure Maya knows how seriously he feels about her.
‘Being honest and open about what he wants from their future was the secret weapon in securing a future with Maya.
‘Maya’s work, home and friends are in London so she doesn’t want to leave there entirely, but is considering going between there and Manchester.’

Maya is currently busy splitting her time between Mallorca and London as she hosts live from the Love Island villa and presents spin-off chat show Aftersun.
Amid her busy Love Island filming schedule, Maya and Ruben have still found to enjoy some sun-soaked trips and recently jetted off to Ibiza together.
Maya shared an array of loved-up snaps of the pair of them as she documented their budding romance after going Instagram official in May.
Every inch the supportive girlfriend, the TV host has been seen at multiple football games over the last few months to watch Ruben live in action for Man City.
Footage of the pair last month showed them with their arms around each other before he leant into her neck for a peck.
Ruben tried to fly under the radar and keep a low profile as he stepped out in casual clothes and a cap.

A source told The Sun: ‘Maya and Ruben seemed very close, very loved up and were clearly very comfortable with each other.
‘They were chatting to others around them but gravitated back to each other. They seem very happy with each other.’
It was the first time they were seen in public since they were thought to have started dating – though Maya had hinted at the romance by sharing snaps of flowers she was sent.
They were first linked in November of last year, four months after Maya and Stormzy had announced their split.
