Maya and Stormzy, 30, originally dated from 2014 until 2019, with the rapper publicly declaring he has ‘never loved anyone how I’ve loved her’.
After their break up, Stormzy seemed to imply he had cheated on the star in some way, with his song Lessons.
But later speaking to New York radio station Hot 97, the Big For Your Boots rapper explained: ‘D’you know what? It’s good that you asked me this. I didn’t cheat. I didn’t cheat!
‘It’s so mad because even with the song – I made a song called Lessons addressing the situation. And since the situation happened, there’s was a lot of, like, “You’re a cheat!”’
When host Laura Stylz asked if he had an affair with Jorja, Stormzy replied: ‘No, no, no, we’re not a thing. That’s a rumour.’
Maya confirmed her relationship was Stormzy was back on in August as they were seen strolling hand-in-hand during a holiday in Greece.
The two reconciled in August after Maya split from American basketballer Ben Simmons in 2022.
