Looking unassuming in a casual white long-sleeved top and jeans, Max took to the stage at the Town Wall Tavern in Coventry much to the delight of fans.
Max starred on the Albert Square soap from 2019 until 2024 as Phil Mitchell's son, Ben.
Taking to their official TikTok account, the pub wrote: 'Karaoke at Coventrys little Theatre Pub we often see famous faces! #karaoke #coventrycitycentre #fridaynight #eastenders #pub.'
Fans were shocked by the performance as they took to the comments, writing: 'I didn’t expect that voice to come out of him!';

In his younger years Max began his career in the theatre and even played the titular role in Billy Eliot.
Max's appearance at the pub comes after reports he split from fellow soap star in December after a short-lived romance.
Max and the ex-Coronation Street actress, 32, had been rumoured to have grown close after his split from his girlfriend as they starred together in touring play Murder At Midnight.
And in pictures last year, the pair were seen having a very steamy kiss as they enjoyed a night out in Worcestershire after an evening performance at Malvern Theatre.
But in December The Sun reported that they have gone their separate ways after their public kiss is thought to have left her ex heartbroken.
A source told the publication: 'Max and Katie have had a bit of a whirlwind romance.
'Working together has meant they didn't have much time for anything else and one thing led to another but Katie has come to her sense and decided to end things.
'Max is said to be pretty cut up about it and it's made things pretty awkward.'

The play has paused for the Christmas period now but it will be back up and running in the New Year where they will have to work together again.
The publication goes on to report that Katie’s ex, TOWIE star Ricky, was left devastated by their public kiss after she moved on quickly following their failed engagement.
