Matt Willis showcased his sizzling abs as he stripped off for his routine ice bath before he took to the stage during his Busted vs McFly tour.
The Busted singer, 42, looked in impeccable shape as he shared a clip to TikTok on Thursday to reveal his pre-show routine.
Wearing just his underwear, Matt explained that he will usually sit in the bath filled with ice for around two minutes- a ritual he does before every show.
Matt went on to confess that he will usually do it completely naked, but for the video, decided to wear a pair of black briefs.
As he submerged himself in the freezing water, Matt told fans: ‘I also don’t normally have underwear on, but as you’re here I thought I’d keep my pants on today.’
He continued: ‘I learned to keep my hands out, otherwise they get too cold and I can’t play properly.

‘No more than two minutes pre-show because otherwise it’s a bit too taxing.
‘If it gets really cold and I stay here for a few minutes, it kind of takes it out of you and you feel a bit ‘woo’.’
He ended the clip: ‘Now we’ve got about 45 minutes until stage, it’s time to hype up.’
Matt is currently on tour with Busted and their previous rivals, McFly.
Busted is made up of Matt, James Bourne and Charlie Simpson, but James pulled out of the tour at the last minute due to health woes.
James wrote on Instagram: ‘The VS tour kicks off tomorrow night in Birmingham and as excited as l’ve been all year for this tour to begin.
‘I’m really sorry to say that over the last 8 days it has become clear that I am not in good enough health to play these shows.
‘There’s a lot of information I still don’t have about my condition but my bandmates, management, and I are unanimous in deciding that I should focus on the medical stuff for now.

‘I really hope I can be in a position to come back further down the line. It’s still going to be an amazing show, and I will miss being there! See you all as soon as possible.’
McFly is made up of Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter, Tom Fletcher, and Harry Judd.
Matt is married to TV personality Emma, 49, and they have proved they are happier than ever in recent years as they have become the joint faces of Love Is Blind.
The couple met in 2004 and they share three children, Isabelle, 16, Ace, 14, Trixie, nine.
And Emma has recently shared their secret to a happy marriage as she said the couple always make seeing each other a priority.
‘Love, time, commitment, compromise, f**k knows,’ Emma told the Mirror.

‘I mean, hopefully we’ll still be going in another 20 years or 30 years or 40 years and then we’ll be in a box together!’
She went on to say: ‘We like to keep our eye across everything. So we don’t drop the ball, we make sure we have time for each other and prioritise that.’
Matt added: ‘Having children for us was such a massive thing.
‘It changed everything. It takes it to a whole new level. It’s bonkers but I love it.’
