The stunner oozed confidence in her all-white ensemble and slipped into silver high-heels for the occasion.

Martine shielded her eyes with statement sunglasses and sipped on a cold drink to watch the game.

She looked nothing short of sensational in the white and blue football top and distressed denim shorts.

In February 2022, Martine revealed it has taken her ‘such a long time to do what works for (her)’ as she opened up about her health and staying in shape.

In an interview with OK! magazine, the Love Actually star noted that she didn’t like to discuss her weight but told how she stays in shape by following the 80/20 rule diet.

Discussing her frame, Martine told how it hasn’t always been straightforward in finding the right healthy eating lifestyle that works for her, with the star stating how important it is to just be the ‘best version’ of herself.

She said: ‘I think it takes a long time to work out what your own recipe is. It’s taken me such a long time to look through all the stuff that’s out there, and do just what works for me. So it’s not as simple as just going on a crazy diet. I just feel it’s really important to encourage women to just be the best version of themselves.’

Detailing her diet, she added: ‘The 80/20 rule is what works for me. For 80% of my week, I will have mainly just healthy proteins, vegetables and fruit, organic and veggie juices, and Flora ProActiv spread. And then I’ll have treats 20% of the time.’

She details how she indulges in pizza, chocolate or a G&T for special occasions, noting that she doesn’t feel guilty because she’s doing ‘good bits for my heart’ for most of the week.

The mum-of-one also shared that she keeps in shape by walking her dogs everyday after the school run, with the outings good for both ‘my head and my health’.

Martine shared her latest health woes with her followers, before revealing the ‘ritual’ she’s relied on for ‘decades’ to lift her spirits.

In a post on her Instagram Stories, Martine said: ‘If you ever feel cr**py (like I do right now – oh laryngitis, you’re just the best!) I highly recommend the following ritual – I have been doing this for decades and I swear it will lift your mood.

‘Run a hot, bubble bath, light some beautiful candles, play your favourite music for your current mood and then put on some lipstick and the biggest f*** off pair of chandelier earrings you can find!

‘Sink in the bath, holding a champagne or wine glass (whatever feels fabulous to you) and pour something deliciously chilled to drink and then just stop, take a lovely deep breath. And exhale. Repeat a few times. Let it all go. Elizabeth Taylor eat your heart out.’

Laryngitis occurs when the voice box or vocal cords in the throat become irritated or swollen, and typically goes away by itself within 1 to 2 weeks.

Methods to reduce symptoms include speaking as little as possible, drinking plenty of fluids and not smoking.

Martine has also previously shared her struggles with chronic fatigue syndrome ME after being diagnosed back in 2011.

Martine wed husband Jack McManus in 2012 and both share a son Rafferty Jack, nine, together.
