Married at First Sight’s John Aiken has revealed whether fans will get their wish and see their beloved Lucinda Light return.
Many have called for the fan favourite to join the panel of relationship experts next season.
But John says that unfortunately, that won’t be happening – though he sees a big future for the bubbly blonde.
‘No, I don’t think she could be a fourth expert’ he told Nine Now on Tuesday after the explosive finale on Monday night.
‘Lucinda has many qualities and opportunities to come her way’ he went on.

‘I did love her being in the experiment because she was a voice of reason, especially for the younger ones.’
John also gave his thoughts on the future of Lucinda and groom Timothy Smith’s relationship.
Fans hope the pair find love after their difficult journey, but John thinks friendship is their future.
‘One of the big issues that Lucinda and Timothy had was that from the beginning Timothy confessed that he was broken, and Lucinda wanted to devote herself to supporting him’ he said.

‘It shifted their relationship away from romance and poured a lot of cold water on the passion. They got into that dynamic and couldn’t get out of it.’
Lucinda left an indelible mark on audiences after her time on the show with many calling for her to return in some capacity next season.
‘Will miss seeing Lucinda and hope she’s cast in something again really soon,’ a fan wrote on X.
