Married At First Sight star Terence has walked away from the social experiment after he refused to continue his relationship with ‘wife’ Porsha.
During Wednesday’s episode of the E4 show, Terence revealed he wanted to quit the programme, despite show rules insisting he can’t leave until both parties want to.
Each week during the commitment ceremonies, contestants are given the opportunity to ‘stay’ or ‘leave’ their couple during a chat with the experts.
However, if at least one party wants to stay and work on the relationship, then the couple must remain for at least another week until the next ceremony.
Despite this rule, Terence insisted he would be quitting, leaving his wife ‘blindsided’, as she claimed that just minutes before he had been reassuring her.

While the couple’s relationship has been rocky to stay the least, Porsha appeared to be under the impression that they were currently in a good place.
The latest blow came when it emerged that Porsha had kissed several other contestants during a game of spin the bottle, which wasn’t aired.
It was revealed during Tuesday’s episode that the game had taken place without Terence, who was visibly shocked by the news his wife had kissed other people.
Her actions caused a stir at the dinner party, with Georges taking particular offence to the way she had treated her husband.
It resulted in a fiery row across the table, with Porsha begging the group to stop talking about what she had done and move on from it.
However, the row continued into the next day, with it still being a main topic of conversation at the commitment ceremony.
Explaining his reasoning to the experts, Terence said: ‘I thought it was a pride thing, I thought everyone had the upper hand and they were laughing at me.
‘So I was trying to say stay, trying to stay leave, I was toying for ages – it wasn’t until the last minute I made the decision. I’ve taken time by myself and I’ve listened to some of the guys. But, I’m leaving.’

Porsha asked him: ‘So you mean you’re done?’, and he replied: ‘I’m done.’
She added: ‘A relationship can’t work with one right.’
Viewers at home appeared to side with Terence, who claimed that Porsha was being a ‘hypocrite’, as she attempted to minimise her own actions.
One person commented: ‘Let’s just remember that if Terence said the same thing to Porsha about not leaving there would be hell.’
Another said: ‘Nahh Porsha is all about saving face. How are you playing spin the bottle with four guys when you’re newly married!?
‘Well done Terence, Porsha can go back to 9pm bedtimes.’
One other said: ‘Porsha would be sliding down the walls crying if Terence kissed someone else, let’s be honest.’

Their exit was teased by Laura, 34, who is one of the brides on the show, who said not all of the couples decide to remain on the show during this week’s ceremony.
The cast were left reeling following a confrontational dinner party after tensions arose between Georges Berthonneau and Peggy Rose and the rest of the group.
Word had spread that Peggy had said anyone who was in a ‘friendship couple’ should leave the show, while Georges had strong opinions about a game of spin the bottle.
It resulted in a fiery row across the dinner party, as other members of the group confronted the couple about what they had been saying behind their backs.
The cast regrouped at the commitment ceremony, where they sat down with experts Paul C Brunson, Charlene Douglas and Mel Schilling to discuss the past week.
Each couple take their turn to talk about how they feel their relationship is going and then decide whether they would like to leave or stay in the experiment.
Laura suggested that there was at least one couple who decide to walk away from the show after three weeks.
She told the Daily Star: ‘The sofas at the commitment ceremonies do get a little less crowded and what I will say is that some of the fallout from the dinner party has not been resolved and there’s a really icy reception for one couple and then there’s a lot of jeopardy in amongst a couple other marriages.
‘I think it’s going to be a really interesting one to watch.’
During Tuesday night’s episode, the show took a turn for the worst when the welcome dinner party sparked an explosive feud.
The group was left in utter shock when Georges lashed out in French around the table, as he fumed over playing the game spin the bottle.
The French native, 30, who lives in Surrey, came under fire when he made a comment about Porscha, 36, which caused her to retaliate.

As the night continued, Georges told Porsches to ‘shut the f*** up’, as he didn’t like her being disrespectful towards his bride Peggy.
Before the feud kicked off, earlier in the episode Jay revealed to Peggy that she started to see ‘a different side’ to Porscha.
During a boozy party game Porscha allegedly ‘snogged’ other male contestants as her groom Terence was away.
However despite her disloyalty towards Terence behind his back, Porscha revealed to the group that her and Terence squashed the situation and had moved on.
But during the dinner party Jay’s husband Luke revealed the finer details of what actually went down in the game and revealed it wasn’t ‘just a peck’, she in fact kissed ‘four men’.
As the group discussed whether Porscha’s actions were cheating in a calm discussion, Georges made his view very clear about what he thought.
Tension quickly rose when Terence and Porscha targeted Peggy and Georges ‘for bringing in the drama’.
Porscha made it clear to Georges to ‘have his opinion between his relationship’ and keep out of hers.
But things later erupted in an explosive statement around the dinner table with Georges telling Porscha to ‘shut the f*** up’ in French, as he didn’t like that anyone was talking about his wife disrespectfully.
Georges has previously been slammed being a ‘man-child’ after his wedding to his bride Peggy.

Despite sharing his hopes that his new bride could see past his bravado, the French hunk has struggled to win over viewers.
While Peggy seemed won over by Georges upon their first impression, her sister, and many fans, weren’t convinced, particularly as he seemed more focused on his new wife’s cleavage as she walked down the aisle.
One tweeted: ‘Georges is grinding on me already, a fake Jack the lad type! #MAFSUK.’
A second added: ‘Georges’s scenes really should be on mute, I am already exhausted #MAFSUK.’
‘Georges’s obsession with t**s is ironic, because he’s one of the biggest t**s I’ve ever seen on TV,’ a third added.
