Married At First Sight UK star Ella Morgan has praised Big Brother housemate Hallie for her confidence after coming out as transgender on the reality show.
Ella, 29, came out after marrying her husband Nathanial on Channel 4 show MAFS.
Hallie, 18, meanwhile moved viewers of ITV2 series Big Brother when she came out as trans to her housemates in the second episode of the reality show reboot.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk on the Attitude Awards red carpet at Camden’s Roundhouse this week Ella lavished praise on Hallie, saying: ‘I just think she’s incredible, she did a better job than I did.’
The star was also asked what she would say to Hallie ahead of her future Big Brother exit.

‘I don’t think she needs any advice, I think she’s bossing it, she’s absolutely incredible,’ Ella replied. ‘To be 18 years old and do what she’s doing takes so much courage.
‘I’m 29 and I’m s****ing myself doing this so she doesn’t need my advice, she’s killing it.’
Big Brother viewers were quick to praise Hallie after she came out as transgender to her fellow housemates last week.
Fans branded the youth worker ‘brave’ and ‘honest’ before going on to pay tribute to the other contestants who were nothing but ‘respectful’.
Hallie had chosen not to tell her story on Sunday’s launch night but had a change of hear the following day.
During a conversation round the dining table she said: ‘Hey guys, I just have something to say. Yesterday I feel like I wasn’t being 100% authentic in myself.’
Adding: ‘I thought I’d let everyone know I’m trans, if you didn’t know already. I just thought I’d make that loud and clear. I’m a trans woman if you didn’t know.’
Hallie’s fellow housemates gave her a hug, with Chanelle saying: ‘Good for you. That’s very brave of you.’

While Dylan said: ‘This is a moment. I like it.’ Hallie continued: ‘I don’t know why I was nervous,’ prompting Farida to say: ‘You don’t need to be nervous.’
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one viewer wrote: ‘In this current climate it’s so refreshing but so important to see a trans woman being treated with so much respect and love from her housemates and on a major show like Big Brother. I hope Hallie will go really far in this series’.

However, Marketing and Events Manager Nathanial Valentino, 36, delighted fans of the show as he accepted Ella for who she was without a second thought, before coming out to her as pansexual, insisting he falls in love with the person regardless of their gender.
MailOnline previously told of how the reality series had sparked a ‘fakery’ row after pretending that Nathanial was not aware he was marrying a trans woman.
The broadcaster admitted that they had actually told the groom in advance of the TV ceremony despite him acting shocked at the revelation.

Hallie’s mother Samantha appeared on Big Brother spin-off show Late & Live on Tuesday where she said her daughter ‘handled it so well’.
Farida, 50, was curious to know whether men who fancied Hallie, 18, were considered to be gay, after admitting it is important to educate herself.
Fans were divided over Farida’s ‘uncomfortable’ questions, with some praising her for enquiring while others thought it should have been handled more privately.
Speaking on Late & Live, Hallie’s mother said: ‘She knows when to stop it if a line gets crossed but she also knows that she does have to explain as well. Some people don’t know.’

Samantha didn’t criticise Farida however and noted the Wolverhampton native said before entering the house she wanted to learn new things.
She added: ‘Farida said when she was walking into the house that she wants to learn things, she wants to teach her own faith and culture.’
‘[Hallie has] handled it so well. She’s coming out just being herself and it’s lovely for the whole world to know the real Hallie that I know.
‘She’s very grown-up. She’s had to grow up fast. I had to bring her up fast to comply with the world that she’s going to be brought up in because of being trans.’
