Tim Calwell has shared his regrets from his time on Married At First Sight and taken yet another swipe at his ex Sara Mesa.
The business owner, 31, was matched up with nutritionist Sara, 29, on the Channel Nine dating experiment, but they confirmed their split after the reunion show.
They had a famously tumultuous relationship on the 2024 series and Tim has since moved on with his girlfriend Barbara, recently going Instagram official with her.
However, he has made a series of thinly-veiled swipes at his ex Sara since filming, and shared another dig at his TV bride on Instagram on Saturday.
During a fan Q&A session, Tim responded to an array of queries about his time on the reality TV show, including about his romance with Sara.

When asked if he regretted appearing on MAFS, Tim insisted he had many regrets from his time on the show but insisted he was still glad he went on the program.
‘[I don’t regret the show] as a whole, it was a pretty cool experience. I have tonnes of regrets throughout the show though haha,’ he penned.
He also made a swipe at Sara as he described their relationship as a ‘shame’ before going on to gush over his new girlfriend Barbara.
When asked for his ‘honest experience’ of filming MAFS, he wrote: ‘Loved it/hated it. Overall cool experience, learned a lot about myself.

‘Production took great care of us. Was pretty cool being a superstar for 15 minutes. Shame my relationship was what it was.’
Another fan asked him why he decided to join the show, to which he replied: ‘Wanted to shake my life up, be careful what you wish for.’
Tim also insisted his life is ‘better’ after MAFS as he shared: ‘I’m more self aware, I have a good woman in my life now, and my profile will open up some business opportunities.’
His latest post comes just weeks after he seemingly made a brutal swipe at Sara during another Instagram Q&A session.

Tim and Barbara met in February, just weeks after his ill-fated marriage with Sydney-based nutritionist Sara went to air.
Not long after, the pair were spotted buying some takeaway food and drinks before heading to a nursery to buy some plants.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Tim adamantly denied cheating on his TV bride and insisted he only began to pursue his relationship with Barbara after splitting with Sara.

‘No I wasn’t seeing anyone through the experiment. I was literally locked in, dialled in, trying to make our relationship work,’ he explained at the time.
‘I don’t know why, if she’s bringing that up… she’s trying to throw heat on my end to try and distract, maybe, from whatever going on in her ballpark.’
Tim described his TV marriage with Sara as ‘toxic’ and very up and down.
‘It was definitely very up and down. Almost toxic at this point, I don’t know,’ he said.
‘We were trying our best to be in a relationship. The whole experience is very intense anyway… it definitely wasn’t comfortable for me.’
