However, he has now firmly stated: ‘I was never going anywhere,’ revealing his unwavering commitment to his on-screen bride.
‘I was always going to stay and hoping Tori was staying as well. And yeah, I didn’t really care what came out of Tori’s vows, as long as the very last line said that she was happy, she was falling for me, and she wanted to be with me.’
Tori chimed in with her own insights, confirming the meticulous planning that went into their vows.
‘To Jack’s point, my vows took weeks and weeks to get the go-ahead. Yeah, you don’t just write them and away you go. It’s a bit of a process,’ she revealed.

Reflecting on the emotional climax of their on-screen relationship, Tori opened up about her fears and the external pressures she faced.
‘I was never concerned that he was leaving,’ she confessed.
‘I think at the time of final vows we’d come off such a massive roller coaster, and I was just in an absolute tailspin about it all. But, not once during the experiment did I think that he would turn around and walk away.’
She further detailed the intense pressure from the show’s producers, aimed at adding drama to their vows.
Tori, not to be left out of the conversation, chimed in with her own insights, confirming the meticulous planning that went into their vows
‘I think there was definitely a lot of outside pressure for me to walk away from Jack at the final vows. There was no reason for me to walk away,’ Tori added.
‘The pressure was there, so there was pressure with the vows, and then there was pressure on top of that of just simply walking away from him the day of the final vows, and we were having those conversations the night before whilst I was at the airport flying to Sydney to do them.’
In a defiant stand against the producers’ wishes, Tori shared: ‘They wanted me to leave him. And when I wouldn’t leave him, I had to express, I guess, concerns through my vows. And again, that took forever for them to approve.’
