The Real Housewives of alum - turning 59 on April 9 - enlisted Dr. Gary Motykie to perform the 'nasal rejuvenation' in LA after a New York doctor 'wanted to literally take my whole nose off' because he deemed it 'too masculine.'
'It was making me nuts,' Josephs told People on Tuesday.
'I would notice in pictures that my nose would look bigger or the tip would drop when I would smile. I was like, "What's going on?" And then I looked at pictures when I was younger. My face was fuller, my nose looked different. After a while, I was like, this is not working.'
Dr. Motykie not only refined the tip and bump on the Bravo-lebrity's nose he also fixed her deviated septum, which left her 'breathing a lot better.'
The plastic surgeon also did a stem cell treatment and injected Josephs' own hip body fat into her face, which had hollowed out following her GLP-1 agonist-assisted, 22lb in 2023.

'It gave me a more youthful appearance,' the FIT grad said.
'I was never really a filler person. I did filler once or twice on my lips years ago. After I had my veneers done, I feel like it puffed up my lips a little.'
