The 44-year-old reality TV star cried during a confessional while talking about her daughter after she was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma back in January 2023.
‘I can’t say if my daughter’s going to be here in five years ’cause I don’t know,’ the matriarch, who is also known as ‘Mama June‘, said while wiping away tears.
In the WeTV series’ teaser trailer, which was released on Friday via Entertainment Tonight, Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird, 23, also admitted that her sister’s health battle was ‘hitting us harder than we ever imagined’.

In a clip shown in the trailer, Justin accuses June of being a ‘liar’.
‘You feel like this marriage is over for you?’ she asked him pointedly in the clip.
‘I mean, she’s our mother but if I gotta put her in jail, I will,’ Alana says in a confessional at the end of the trailer.
