Mama June surprise visit to see her daughter Alana Thompson reportedly blew up in her faces.
In a preview trailer for an upcoming episode of their family’s reality series, Mama June: Family Crisis, obtained by The Sun, the former child star, 18, did not greet her mom with a warm welcome following their explosive fight about finances.
After making the trip from Georgia to Denver, Colorado, where Alana attends school, the family matriarch, 44, and her husband Justin Stroud, 36, were at odds at how they thought the unannounced visit to see Alana would go.
‘You must not know Alana too good because that girl loves surprises,’ June insisted, after her spouse expressed his concerns about surprising the teen.

In an attempt to confuse Alana to get her to come outside her house, Justin calls her to see if she has a package waiting for her outside.

After getting home, she is stunned they are waiting for her in the driveway.
‘What are you doing here?’ she asked, clearly not pleased.
During a confessional, she explained that she had ‘made it very clear to Mama to not come visit’ her in Colorado because she’s ‘still p**sed at her for stealing’ her money.
‘I feel like Mama now is just trying to make up for her mistake but she is so aggravating because I didn’t want her here. She causes too much drama and I do not have time for her to come out and do one of her ‘surprise pop-ups,’ she said with an eye roll.
Meanwhile, Justin quipped that the visit was going as poorly as he anticipated it would.
‘Popping up on Alana? Oh, that was a great idea,’ he remarked, sarcastically.

Mama June replied, ‘And it was because she was surprised.’
During an earlier episode of Mama June: Family Crisis, Alana accused her mother of spending the money that Thompson made as a child star.
The confrontation occurred after Alana discovered how little was left in her Coogan account, which she anticipated would pay for her college, but only contained $33,000.
June claimed that 50% of her youngest daughter’s income was automatically taken for taxes and expressed that Alana spent much of her money on herself, although the latter disputed the allegation.

The reality television personality then expressed that her mother likely spent part of her money during her period of drug addiction, after which June confessed that she spent $150,000 of her daughter’s funds to purchase a home.
June went on to speak about how she was unaware of how Coogan accounts were set up, stating: ‘Georgia isn’t a Coogan state. Don’t have to do those for child actors. Honestly, I had never heard of a Coogan account until Alana went out to LA.’
Although June claimed that her children knew that a certain amount of Alana’s money had been spent, Pumpkin countered by stating that they ‘were under the impression that 100 percent of that went in there.’
Lauryn then accused her mother of strategically spending a specific amount Alana’s earnings before they went into the Coogan account and called June ‘a dirty dog’ for her actions.
Pumpkin added that her mother ‘tried to figure out the bare minimum she could put into Alana’s account that was legally right and then pocketed the rest.’
The reality television personality then added: ‘Lord knows what she did or where it went.’
