The MAFS UK star, 30, who now lives in Australia, has transformed her lifestyle since appearing on the E4 series last year.
In a recent Instagram post, Polly wowed fans in a sleek black co-ord that showed off her sensational figure.Â
While many praised her look, one follower left a nasty comment: ‘Wow maybe if Ozempic had existed when you went on MAFS the guy would have been attracted to you.’
Polly didn’t hold back, responding: ‘F**k off Millie [heart emoji].’

Earlier this year, Polly showed off her four stone weight loss as she took to Instagram with a sizzling photo dump of her summer in Australia.
Proving that it was the best decision she ever made to move down under, the beauty shared an array of racy snaps that documented her time in Sydney.
Polly first turned heads in a skimpy red bikini that flaunted her slimline figure as she posed up a storm on the beach.
She then showed off her incredible tan as she slipped into a leopard print two-piece.
The star then treated her followers to another sexy snap in a tiny green bikini as she struck a pose on the rocks by the ocean.
This was followed by Polly looking as glamorous as ever in a figure hugging brown co-ord.
The photo dump was completed with sweet snaps with friends as they soaked up the sun on the beach.

It comes after the star revealed the real reason why she pulled out of the explosive MAFS UK reunion with two days notice.
The cast reunited for an explosive reunion episode in February, leading to tears, tantrums and turmoil.
Yet one face was notably absent from the episode, with Polly failing to show up after her romance with ex-husband Adam Nightingale came to an explosive end during the final dinner party.
Viewers watched the combative couple sling insults during the wild dinner party, with the career advisor branding her groom, 35, a ‘f*****g narcissist’
After fans questioned why the beauty failed to film the reunion show, she took to TikTok to address their concerns.
Having filmed herself lip-syncing Alessia Cara’s hit track, Here, she captioned the post: ‘Seems fitting for everyone who’s asking me why I didn’t attend tonight.
‘I was also in Centre Parcs when filming was, and I pulled out 2 days before because it wasn’t the best decision for me at the time.

‘I wanted to stay with my best friends who genuinely cared about the head space I was in at the time.’
Since relocating to Australia Polly has undergone a dramatic transformation since her time on the show.
She previously spoke about her weight loss on her Story as she posted saying: ‘I’ve just weighed myself (I know you shouldn’t at night) and I’m honestly gobsmacked that I’ve now lost nearly 4 stone… 4!!!! Since March!!!
‘I finished filming and I was 16 stone (have been there or there abouts for 2 years) and now I’m 12.5.’
And after relocating to Australia she looked like she was having the time of her life in the sunshine over the festive period as she flaunted her physique.
Polly added of how she achieved it: ‘It’s been a case of upping my water intake, eating less and moving more.

‘And I love that I’ve found a huge passion for fitness again because of the routine I really kept to, and still do.’
‘I still have a little way to go to get to my goal weight then when I’m there it’s going to be building strength and maintaining the weight I’ve lost without living a restricted lifestyle and keep a healthy relationship with food and drink.
‘I’ve always been confident however not so much with my body, now have a lot more self confidence and feel so much more comfortable in certain clothing whereas I didn’t before.
‘I dressed well for my shape and size but never felt hugely comfortable just the fact I knew how to dress to hide certain insecurities.
‘However that’s now changed and I don’t think as much about covering certain things when I’m ordering clothes and it feels sooooo good.’
