Other images showed Martha and Michael, 35, taking their baby home in a pram, as well as their son cuddling up with his brand new little sister.
The comments section was inundated with congratulations, including from WAG , who wrote: 'Oh my gosh' alongside a series of heart emojis.

Martha had announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post in October.
At the time, she posted a short video of her toddler son planting a kiss on her growing bump.
In her caption, the former reality star, who battled hyperemesis gravidarum – a severe form of morning sickness – during her first pregnancy, hinted that she is again unwell.
'Knocked up n' knocked out. Will be back bigger and better soon… fingers crossed!' she wrote alongside the clip.
