Meanwhile, the fee Lucinda Light charges for her wedding celebrant services has been revealed.
Breakfast show hosts Amanda Keller and Brendan ‘Jonesy’ Jones discovered how much Lucinda charged when they planned a wedding for two listeners.
After approaching Bachelor host Osher Günsberg, Real Housewives of Melbourne’s Gina Liano and TV host Greg Evans, they settled on Lucinda – that is until they found out the $8000 price tag.
‘What, is she Sinatra? Forget celebrities, I hate you. All celebrities,’ Jonesy declared jokingly.
In response, Amanda said: ‘I’m disappointed in society… I’m disappointed in the way it’s gone so far.’
Lucinda’s website boasts her work as a celebrant, accompanied by a notice stating that bookings are unavailable until 2025.
She emphasises her role in guiding couples through the entire process, offering a spectrum from ‘chilled’ to ‘completely over-the-top’.
Her pricing might be higher due to the package she offers, which includes her services as both an officiant and an MC for the evening festivities
