Rapper MAF Teeski was arrested in Indiana on Monday following an alleged domestic altercation that police say unfolded in the presence of a minor, according to a criminal information in the case.
The artist, whose real name is Terrance D Banks, was taken into custody by the Fishers Police Department and charged with domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, domestic battery committed in the presence of a child under 16, and interference with the reporting of a crime.
According to court documents obtained by The Daily Mail, officers were dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Gatsby Drive at approximately 6:26pm after receiving an incomplete 911 call regarding a physical dispute between Banks and his girlfriend, Dominique Munoz.
Upon arrival, police say they found Munoz and her 13-year-old son outside the home while Banks remained barricaded inside.Â
After repeated verbal commands from officers, Banks allegedly exited the residence with his hands raised and was placed in handcuffs around 7:05pm.
According to the affidavit for probable cause, Banks told officers that Munoz had slapped him first and that he reacted ‘based on his reflexes,’ adding that the pair got into what he described as a ‘scuffle.’

The victim’s juvenile son later provided a statement to police, claiming he had been playing video games upstairs when he heard his mother screaming and calling for help.Â
He told officers that when he opened the bedroom door, he allegedly saw Banks on top of Munoz, pinning her to the floor near the closet while striking her in the face multiple times with a closed fist, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
Police noted that Munoz appeared to have visible injuries, including multiple facial lacerations, deep bruising and open wounds around her cheekbone and nose.
Officers also observed her leaning over and struggling to breathe while filling out a written statement, leading them to believe she was in significant pain.
In her written account, Munoz alleged that Banks entered the bedroom and began arguing before assaulting her as she cried.Â
She stated she was able to escape by grabbing his hair and fleeing the home before calling police.
Investigators also reviewed Ring doorbell footage from a nearby residence, which officers say shows Banks striking Munoz, grabbing her phone and throwing it away while she attempted to speak with emergency dispatch, an act police believe constitutes interference with the reporting of a crime.Â
The incident was witnessed by the juvenile, according to the report.

On Tuesday, Banks shared a video of himself inside a vehicle drinking a large 7-Eleven beverage while playing FSDaBender’s 2025 track Going Legit Freestyle.Â
While he did not directly address the allegations, he appeared to reference the situation with the use of a middle finger emoji and a police emoji.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Banks’ representatives for comment but has not received a response at the time of publication.
Teeski rose to prominence in 2018 with his viral breakout track Dirty Cup and later gained further recognition with his 2019 project House Arrest: The Mixtape.
