Madonna, who is in the midst of her Celebration Tour, opened up about hitting the stage with her children.
The 65-year-old entertainer told W Magazine that nothing makes her happier than being able to perform with her brood.
The hitmaker is mom to six kids — Lourdes Leon, 27, Rocco Ritchie, 23, David, 18, Mercy, also 18, and twins Stella and Estere, 11.
Madonna’s four youngest children have joined her for performances throughout her current tour.
‘When I go on tour, nothing brings me more happiness than to know we are all working on the same show, creating the magic together,’ she gushed to the publication.

She continued, ‘It would be boring if they were just traveling from hotel to hotel, and occasionally coming to watch the show.’
The Michigan-bred songstress added: ‘Of course, I am their mother so sometimes we get on each other’s nerves. We are a family of artists but we are also a family, and that’s what happens.’
Madonna, full name Madonna Louise Ciccone, lets each of her kids shine in their own way in different parts of the show.
Mercy takes the stage at one point, emerging behind a large piano before playing the instrument all by herself, eventually landing on a rendition of her mom’s 1992 number Bad Girl.
Madonna reflected about a particular moment Mercy performed in January: ‘I saw a strange, poetic juxtaposition of hedonism and exploration emerging into the light of Mercy, sitting stoically at her grand piano playing Chopin as she beckoned me towards her, making me think about the choices I have made in my life.’
She added thoughtfully, ‘Singing Bad Girl was kind of my confession to her, and I felt we had an unspoken understanding of what was happening.’
Elsewhere in the production David sings with Madonna and also plays guitar during the song Mother and Father, which came out in 2003.
‘Mother and Father is one of my favorite moments in the show because it gave me a chance to not only honor my mother and her memory but also to honor David’s mother and her memory,’ she said of her adopted son.
The proud mom noted about David, ‘He has always wanted to sing and play guitar.

Madonna had to scale back the seven-month tour after she was hospitalized and intubated following a bacterial infection last June.
She later revealed that she was in an induced coma for 48 hours after suffering lung and kidney failure.
During the first Celebration Tour stop in London, Madonna admitted that she ‘didn’t think I’d make it’ through the health scare, during which she ‘forgot five days’ of her life.
