The Queen of Pop, 67, previously blasted the UK station for reportedly snubbing her latest single Living For Love back in 2015, but has now returned to the airwaves with her new track, Bring Your Love.
She has teamed up with Sabrina Carpenter for the song which will be released on Thursday (April 30).
Bring Your Love will feature on Madonna's upcoming 15th studio album Confessions II which will drop on July 3.
It comes following their performance at this year's Festival, where Madonna surprised fans by joining Sabrina on stage during her headline slot.
A music insider said: 'Madonna has done everything in her power to ensure there’s no denying her this time around.'

They added to The Sun: 'The music is fresh and exciting enough to compete with any young star.'
Daily Mail has contacted BBC Radio 1 for comment.
Back in 2015 Madonna insisted she had been 'banned' from Radio 1 because of the station's younger audience, sparking an 'ageism' row.
BBC Radio 1 Controller Ben Cooper later suggested the singer could return to the youth channel when she released a 'more relevant' song.
He insisted the station does not 'ban' individual artists, and explained playlist inclusion is determined by the 'merit of the music'.
Ben said at an official announcement for the UK Chart show: 'When it's a choice between her and a new up-and-coming artist, you say which is more relevant to a young audience?
'We do not ban artists. The playlist committee takes into account all different elements and information about what records feel relevant.'
This month, Madonna joined Sabrina onstage at Coachella, held annually in California, for renditions of Like A Prayer and Vogue - enormous hits upon their release in 1989 and 1990, respectively.

The music legend made her entrance towards the end of Carpenter's Coachella set, 20 years after her own 2006 performance, which was a historic success.
She emerged from beneath the stage to sing a duet of portions of Vogue and Like a Prayer while heavy vocals played in the background.
Moving to a part of the stage that extended into the crowd, she said, 'Wow, thank you… Sabrina, thank you so much for inviting me on your show.'

Madonna also had a message for the audience, telling them, 'Let’s try to be together. Let’s try to avoid disagreements. And to that point, the great thing about music is that it brings people together.'
