The 66-year-old Queen Of Pop sent the speculation into overdrive last week when she flashed a diamond ring on her left hand.
In an Instagram photo, Madonna could be seen proudly holding up the bauble for the camera as she and Akeem, 28, walked side by side down a hallway.
She was seen strolling through JFK Airport with Akeem this week, but it was unclear whether she still had the ring on as she was wearing gloves.
The Material Girl was bundled up to the maximum for her flight, wearing a voluminous puffer jacket, a couple of scarves and a cozy-looking diamond-print sweater.
Winding her signature blonde hair into two braids, she accessorized with a large set of sunglasses and accented her strikingly smooth complexion with makeup.

The post was awash with photos of her festivities, including photos of her on the dance floor, where she received a romantic kiss from Akeem.
