Lucy Hale proved she can wear any ensemble and make it look like she just stepped off the runway during an outing in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The Fantasy Island alum, 34, was spotted in a casual yet chic outfit while enjoying a swanky lunch date with her friend, fellow actor Drew Tarver, in Beverly Hills.
Rocking a black V-neck sweater and a pair of faded denim, Lucy – who recently celebrated one year sober – added a set of designer shades to the mix as the pair stopped for a coffee along the way to Aroma Cafe.
Afterwards, the Hollywood stars shared a big hug before they went their separate ways.
Lucy and the HBO’s Other Two star go way back, as the actress has been BFF with his sister, Katelyn Tarver, since competing on American Idol spinoff American Juniors back in 2003.

The outing comes after Lucy recently recalled having her first alcoholic beverage at age 12 before ultimately becoming sober in her 30s.
Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the actress, 34, described getting ‘black out’ drunk off of Green Apple Pucker during a vacation to Florida.
While she would continue to drink every now and then until she was 18, she ultimately realized she had a drinking problem in her early 20s and sought help at a rehab.
‘The first time I ever had alcohol… I was probably 12, or 13? I was in Florida, on vacation… and we drank Green Apple Pucker. I remember my very first experience with alcohol was the same as when it ended.
‘I blacked out — at 12 years old. I don’t remember what happened, I threw up, I got very sick, and I remember being so distraught when I realized what had happened,’ she said.
As a teen, Lucy was aware her drinking habits were abnormal.
‘I remember shame after every experience drinking, because my drinking was never normal. Literally every time I drank… it was very clear I was drinking to escape something, even at a young age,’ she said.

While she sought help at 23, she didn’t give up alcohol for good until she was 32.
‘I went to rehab when I was 23. I don’t think anyone on the show [Pretty Little Liars] knew. And it was my choice too.
‘That was a pivotal moment in my life. [But] I wasn’t ready to give up drinking, which is why I didn’t get sober until I was 32,’ she said.
‘I had tried so many different things: rehab, out-patient, in-patient, trauma center, therapy, medication, you name it. And there was also a very strong desire to want to stop,’ she said.
‘Without having COVID, I might not have gotten sober — or committed to it,’ she said.
In February, Lucy announced she had celebrated one year of sobriety with a photo of a frosted cake declaring ‘1 year!’
‘Bear with me, this is an alternative Valentine’s Day post. This is a post about self-love and about the greatest thing I’ve ever done. On January 2, 2023 I celebrated one year of sobriety,’ she posted.

‘While this journey has mostly been private, I felt compelled tonight to let anyone who is struggling know that you are not alone and you are loved.’
The star, who is currently single, opened up back in January about her preference for older men, saying on Rachel Bilson’s podcast that older men have, ‘No bulls**t, almost.’
She was alluding to her past relationship with Riverdale’s older heartthrob, Skeet Ulrich, 53.
The Tennessee-born beauty has also been romantically linked with Bachelor Nation star Colton Underwood and actors David Henrie, Chris Zylka and Ryan Rottman in the past.
However, as of November 2023, the fit and toned actress appears to be living her best single girl life.
