Ella Ding has spoken out about her brief and unpleasant stint on Made in Chelsea.
The former Married at First Sight star, 29, made her debut on the British reality show last year, appearing as the love interest of star Miles Nazaire.
The couple connected on Instagram back in May, 2022, but split in October that year.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Ella claimed Miles ‘manipulated’ her into appearing on the reality series.
‘We met organically and we spoke for a very long time,’ she said of their relationship.

‘[Miles] kind of manipulated me in ways and persuaded me to come on the show.’
‘I said to him, “I didn’t want to go on the show, I didn’t need the show, I just want to meet you.” And he was like, “It’s just reality. It’s fine.”‘
But it was far from the reality experience Ella had gone through during her time on MAFS.

Ella slammed what goes on behind-the-scenes for Made in Chelsea, claiming she ‘didn’t know’ how heavily scripted it was.
‘It was just not reality. It’s like a set — action, cut, lines — I would say something, they would make me say it again… They would have someone who remembered my lines. It’s like a movie,’ she said.
Ella explained that after filming Made in Chelsea she ‘made a promise’ to herself that she’d never do a reality show again to find love.

‘Made In Chelsea cut pretty deep,’ she continued.
‘It was actually harder than MAFS, and it was only three weeks. It was the hardest experience I ever did.’
The podcast host added the British reality show ‘ruined’ her dating experience, but MAFS was the complete opposite.
‘I had such an amazing time [filming MAFS]. I had the best time,’ she continued, adding that she ‘adored’ Mitch Eynaud, who was her TV husband in season nine of the 2022 series.

Ella previously said that despite going their separate ways, she and Miles have stayed in touch and there is no ‘bad blood’ between them.
She is now happily in love with her partner Guy Palermo, with the pair going public with their relationship in April.
But the lovebirds have known each other far longer than that.
Ella explained they’d been friends for years before getting together but didn’t realise her feelings towards Guy until earlier this year.

‘I guess I wasn’t really ready all those years,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.
‘As soon as I saw him on New Year’s Eve, it’s like I saw me in a totally different lens.’
Ella said that Guy would always try to ‘pursue’ her, but the ‘timing obviously was never right’.
‘I needed to do everything I had done to finally be ready for what he’s going to put forward to me,’ she added.
The reality television star went Instagram official with her new boyfriend in April by posting a photo of them posing up a storm outside a restaurant in Melbourne.
Ella shared a gallery of snaps capturing the various dishes they ate at the Italian restaurant with the loved-up photo of the pair being included at the end.
Ella has since launched a new career move in reality TV, becoming the narrator for season two of the Stan Original Series Love Triangle
A source told Daily Mail Australia earlier this year that Ella’s mysterious new man likes to keep his personal life under wraps.
‘Her boyfriend is very low-key, no one knows who he is. They’ve known each other for six years and he’s been pursuing her in that time. Love was right in front of them the whole time,’ they said.
