Love Island’s Tanyel Reven showed off the results of her new nose job as she opened up about the painful procedure on Monday.
The reality star revealed she had undergone rhinoplasty after previously having nose filler which ‘ruined her natural nose’.
Speaking on her I’m Right He’s Ron podcast with co-host Ron Hall, Tanyel admitted she couldn’t stop crying during the recovery due to the swelling and pain.
She also shared a number of selfies showing off her bandaged nose and bruised and swollen eyes.
Tanyel said: ‘I’m not embarrassed about having it. I’ve only just started to like it. I came out f***ed, like I was f***ed, my face was a joke.
‘One day I cried so much. I cried for like an hour I couldn’t open my eyes. My eye lashes turned in and I couldn’t open them.’

Tanyel went on to slam other influencers who have claimed the surgery ‘isn’t painful’ due to them having it for free.
She continued: ‘People who say it doesn’t hurt and it’s not painful, those are the influencers taking the freebies because this s*** was motherf***ing painful.
‘It was so bad, the pain. I’ll be honest when I first woke up I was like this is bad but by day three the swelling was making me die.
‘It was so bad, I did it to myself day 2 I felt better and went shopping and I got to tired and then my face and eyes were growing bigger and bigger. I couldn’t see then, I was so swollen.
‘By day 5 I felt a lot better, I wouldn’t say it’s the most painful thing ever but because it’s on your face my ears hurt, jaw hurt, teeth hurt and then like a week later it was all gone.’
The ITV2 star, who appeared on the winter series of Love Island in January 2023, added that she was ‘so scared’ when she removed her bandages.
She said: ‘I didn’t like my nose when I first took the cast off. I was so scared I was like, calm down that isn’t what I wanted and he [the surgeon] said to me, trust me in a months time you’ll love it.
‘Day by day now it is getting better, the tip is still lifted and its swollen. I never wanted a fake nose I just wanted my old filler removed which had spread and just define it a bit.’

Tanyel went on to explain why she decided to get the procedure despite previously being happy with her natural nose.
Ron said: ‘So many people get stuff done and then later wish they had never had it done’.
Tanyel added: ‘But that’s exactly why I’m talking about it and being honest because nose filler actually ruined my natural nose which I never really had an problem with before and now I’ve had to go and do this to remove it.’
In 2023, Tanyel got engaged to her property developer beau Ediz following a romantic yacht proposal.
The reality star said yes to her handsome partner after he got down on one knee during a romantic trip to Turkey.
It came just 10 months after she starred on the 2023 winter series of Love Island in South Africa where she failed to find love.
But shortly after leaving the villa she met Ediz and they have gone from strength to strength since.
She looked beautiful for the proposal boat ride in a sheer white lace dress that showed off her figure as she showed off her dazzling ring and huge bouquet of white roses.
Tanyel told The Sun of getting engaged: ‘It was crazy. I feel like this is the quickest that anyone has gotten engaged after Love Island. It’s very mad, but it’s really exciting.
Revealing why she had the surgery, she said: ‘Day by day it is getting better, the tip is still lifted and its swollen. I never wanted a fake nose I just wanted my old filler removed which had spread’
Tanyel went on to add that she is being ‘honest’ about the surgery ‘because nose filler actually ruined my natural nose which I never really had an problem with before’

‘Obviously I said yes. I was really excited. I couldn’t believe it. I was so excited. My ring is yellow gold. It’s exactly how I wanted it. The clarity is so good, it’s amazing.’
She continued: ‘I am over the moon. I feel like it’s natural. I felt it was coming, I knew it was time for it to come. When you know you know. There’s no way I could’ve been with anyone else.’
Tanyel and Ediz first got together when she was 20 but they drifted apart but then reconnected once she left Love Island.
She first teased she was in a new relationship in March during the reunion show where she told how she was dating someone.
Since leaving the villa, Tanyel has returned to normal life and work at her hair salon in North London.
While on Love Island Tanyel was paired with Kai Fagan briefly before he ended up winning with show with his partner Sanam Harrinanan.
