Jess, 25, was held in a headlock by the engineer, also 25, as she was seen wrestling him away from the crowds following a Radio Love Island rooftop after party.
Almost suffering a wardrobe malfunction in some daringly short shorts, Jess left very little to the imagination as she stepped out in a sheer lace top and tight black bra.
After leaving the London venue, she was seen holding hands with Harry before he wrapped his arm around her chest and neck.
Jess and Hugo, 24, split after he was seen kissing former Islander, Charlotte Sumner, 31 – despite Jess telling Maya Jama they were planning to give the relationship a go.

Islanders appeared to take their party to the streets after Casa Amour’s Lionel Awudu, 24, and first dumped Islander, Sam Taylor, 23, was seen drinking alcohol outside the venue.
The pair was spotted holding and sharing a bottle of Famous Grouse whiskey and a bottle of vodka.
Elsewhere love was clearly not lost as Konnor Ewudzi, 28, and Reuben Collins, 23, shared a sweet hug.
Turning up at the event, Islanders stunned as they dressed in their best fits to dance the night away.
Uma Jammeh, 23, looked classy as ever as she stepped out in a fabulous figure-hugging black dress which detailed pink flowers.
The beauty was accompanied by her boyfriend Wil Anderson, who cut a casual figure in some jeans and a white shirt.

The passionate display suggested that Hugo and Jess’ romance hasn’t worked out, after their initial attraction during Casa Amor on the ITV2 show.
Hugo and Charlotte were both in attendance at the awards, where Love Island picked up the gong for Best Entertainment Show.
They later headed to the awards’ after party which was hosted in west London.
An onlooker told The Sun: ‘Hugo and Charlotte could not keep their hands off each other all night.
‘It was clear that they only had eyes for each other and didn’t care who was watching as they enjoyed a slew of snogs on the dancefloor.
‘They even found a quiet corner of the packed bar to have another passionate kiss – it made it pretty obvious that Hugo and Jess are very much over but she is still bound to be stunned to see he has moved on so quickly.’
Hugo was one of the boys who greeted the girls at the Casa Amor villa, when the fan favourite twist arrived midway through the series.
He immediately revealed he had eyes for Jess and her head turned from her previous partner Trey to explore her connection with Hugo.
They were dumped alongside Blake and Emma and appeared to be getting on well off-screen as they enjoyed several dates back in the UK.

Reflecting on their romance soon after their villa exit, Jess said: ‘We’re still seeing each other.’

Dental nurse Charlotte appeared on the show last year, however her appearance was brief as she failed to find a connection in the villa.
She was on the show for five days after choosing to couple up with Zachariah Noble, but she was dumped by her fellow Islanders after landing in the bottom three.
