Gabby Allen has bizarrely compared herself to Theodore Roosevelt after flashing her bottom in fitness progress snaps.
The Love Island star, 33, who is a personal trainer and fitness influencer, took to Instagram on Sunday to show off the results of her hard work.
She put on a cheeky display as she posed in the mirror wearing butter yellow lingerie with her toned bottom on display.
Gabby compared the results with a before snap from three years prior, where she was seen posing on the beach in a grey and neon yellow bikini.
She appeared to compare the results of her hard work in the gym to a former president as she quoted Theodore Roosevelt under the snaps.
‘Theodore Roosevelt once said, “Nothing in this world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort, pain, difficulty,’ Gabby wrote. ‘I’m convinced he was talking about glute gains — because it takes effort, patience, a whole lot of protein, and more split squats than I’d like to admit.

‘When I look back at my old training style, I see a girl who was giving her best — HIIT every day, light weights for “toning” eating what I thought was healthy. I was fit, but never truly happy with my physique. I wanted glutes, defined arms, and abs year-round, but something was missing.
‘Fast forward three years of focusing on strength training, and everything changed. At first, I was nervous stepping into the ‘proper gym.’ Coming from a dance and studio background, the barbell racks felt intimidating. My boyfriend at the time took me in, we trained together, and I slowly built my confidence.
‘I fell in love with DOMS (yes, walking like a tin man), I got over the embarrassment of hip thrust setups, and I realised no one actually cares what you’re lifting — the gym is me time.’
Gabby added: ‘I studied nutrition, learned from others’ journeys, and built habits that aligned with my goals. Has it been perfect? No. Life happens. But I’ve been consistent, and that’s what counts.
‘The biggest reward hasn’t just been glute growth or shape changes (although I am buzzing with my extra inches and 160kg hip thrusts). It’s the strength. I’m proud to look and feel strong and capable. When people ask if I compete, I take it as a compliment — it means I look like strong and capable. And to the Karen’s who say it’s “too much” “too manly”? Karen, my legs could probably squat more than your husband’s.
‘Most importantly, being strong physically has made me strong mentally. And that’s something just doing HIIT sessions ever gave me.
‘Rome wasn’t built in a day — neither is your dream physique. But if you stay consistent and focus on what truly empowers you, you’ll get there. And p.s. call me mental, but you’ll grow to love DOM’s too.’
Gabby won Love Island All Stars with Casey O’Gorman, 28, back in February, but the couple announced they’d parted ways just three months later.

She opened up on the split from Casey on Love Island Aftersun in June, as Kaz Crossley issued a damning verdict on her friend’s ex-boyfriend.
Getting the dirt on the break-up, host Maya asked Gabby what happened between her and the three-time Islander, to which the influencer joked: ‘How long have we got?’
‘You know what, not really that much to report,’ she continued. ‘I feel like when you’re in the villa it’s very different to when you get out. We’re just at very different stages in our lives I think.’
But Kaz, 30, was quick to step in to make it clear that Casey’s behaviour played a part in their split, branding him a ‘boy’ and saying he lacked ‘depth’.
Keen to know more about the split, Maya asked Gabby: ‘Did you have any inkling that it was going to not be a long-term forever thing?’

‘No because he told me…’ Gabby began, before deciding not to air the dirty laundry and adding: ‘I mean you know what let’s not get into it, it’s fine.’
Kaz then jumped in with a pointed comment as she said: ‘Casey, he’s a lovely boy — but emphasis on boy.
‘I love Gabby, and I just feel like with a relationship you just need a bit more depth. We both do. We’re both at that age where we’re looking for our husbands.’
Casey and Gabby won the £50,000 cash prize on All Stars in February but split just three months later, deciding they are better off as friends.
