Ekin-Su said: ‘We were the same when the cameras were there, so nothing’s really changed. The freedom has changed, we have more of a choice to do what we want.’
While Curtis echoed: ‘We were very much the same in the villa, we didn’t put on a character or anything like that, so now, bar having freedom, everything is the same.’
Meanwhile, the couple opened up on how they’ve made themselves ‘impenetrable’ to the negatives comments they’ve received about themselves and their relationship.
Curtis explained: ‘It comes back to what I was saying earlier, do things that you love, make yourself have self-love and then you’re basically impenetrable to other people’s words.
‘If you truly love yourself and you know what the situation is between each other, what the actual realness is… people are gonna love you and people are gonna hate you, so forget about what people are saying, as long as you know and you do things with love, you’re impenetrable.’
He continued: ‘You don’t worry about what people say. People are going to comment either way, I don’t take notice of it.’
