The reality star, who won the ITV dating show in 2020, took to his Instagram on Saturday and shared the big news with a series of sweet snaps.
Finley penned in the caption: ‘We can’t wait to meet you! Our hearts are so full.’
Their followers were quick to flood them with messages of love and congratulation.
The couple went public with their relationship last summer, sharing a sweet snap on Instagram.
However, Finn had kept Jess’s identity under wraps until June, when her name was subtly revealed.
Fans spotted the clue after Finn shared a link to their joint home renovation Instagram account.
The page follows just five accounts — three businesses and two personal profiles, belonging to Finn and Jess.
Now fully settled into their relationship, the couple have moved into their dream Victorian home and are busy transforming it together.
Finley first rose to fame on Love Island in 2020, where he found romance with then-girlfriend Paige Turley.

They met in South Africa during the first ever installment of the winter series, going on to win the show and bag a £50,000 cash prize.
But interrupted by the spread of Covid-19, they were plunged into life in lockdown upon leaving the villa – spending time in Paige’s home county of West Lothian.
They later relocated to Manchester and lived in the city since, sharing a lavish apartment together.
While it was a strain on many relationships, Paige and Finn explained that the Covid-19 restrictions actually benefited them during a chat with MailOnline in 2023.
‘Covid helped us because we got to spend that time together without being pulled from pillar to post.
‘We had a mad three weeks when we came out before lockdown and the quality time that you spend with each other is quite limited,’ shared Finn.
He continued: ‘So, I think a good bit of advice is to try and make sure everything that is happening around you doesn’t affect you getting that quality time with whoever you come out with’.
But after three years together, the pair split in 2023 and were said to have realised they ‘weren’t forever’, according to claims.
A source told The Sun: ‘Paige and Finn had a really good run, but they are still super young and decided it wasn’t forever in the end.’
