Love Island star Zac Nunns is forging a new path following his stint on the reality series by prioritising authenticity over flashy brand deals.
Daily Mail Australia can reveal that the 26-year-old, who rose to fame on the Channel Nine dating show in 2023, is pursuing a career as a personal trainer in Melbourne.
On Wednesday, the genetically blessed star revealed he’s not interested in becoming a full-time influencer, citing the pressures of promoting products that don’t align with his values.
‘I don’t want to rely on other people’s branding to dictate how I influence people,’ Zac said in a candid interview.
‘I want to give a message that aligns with my beliefs and helps people. I posted a couple of ads immediately after the show that didn’t align with who I was, and I felt dirty afterwards.
‘If I influence people, it shouldn’t be to buy products that I don’t actually use – like most influencers do.’

While many reality stars chase influencer fame, Zac has been busy studying to become a qualified personal trainer.
He’s now sharing his health and fitness insights with fans, offering practical tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
He recommends increasing incidental exercise, explaining: ‘Take the stairs instead of the escalator or park further away from the supermarket.’
Zac also said it’s important to ‘include a good source of protein in every meal to support muscle growth and a healthy weight.’
‘Ensure each meal has at least three of the five food groups,’ he continued.
He also explained the benefits of resistance training, adding: ‘Commit to 2-3 sessions a week to improve muscle growth, fat loss, and overall quality of life.’
It’s also important to ‘drink 2-3 litres of water daily for better skin, muscle health, and organ function.’
Zac also explained the benefits of ‘getting eight hours of quality sleep by avoiding screens before bed and incorporating activities like journaling or reading.’

He continued: ‘Plan your meals the night before to avoid unhealthy temptations.’
‘If you’re not sure how to structure these changes, a personal trainer can help you set realistic goals and keep you accountable,’ Zac added.
It comes after Zac opened up about his tumultuous relationship with Love Island co-star Lucinda Strafford during a recent episode of The Trent and Zac Show podcast.
He revealed their relationship ended after discovering Lucinda had been communicating with another man during their time together.
‘I broke up with her because this is just too much… this isn’t what someone who loves me would do,’ Zac shared.
Daily Mail Australia does not suggest Lucinda was unfaithful to Zac.
With a clear focus on health and personal growth, Zac is proving that life after Love Island doesn’t have to revolve around Instagram ads and quick cash.
Instead, he’s prioritising a career that aligns with his values – one rep at a time.
