Cassidy splashed about in the shallows, cooling herself off among the gentle waves on what was a hot and sunny day.
It comes after the television personality revealed shocking details about her living situation.
Cassidy admitted that she was living in an expensive, beachside apartment in Sydney just to ‘keep up appearances’.
She was asked why she isn’t ‘in love’ with her apartment anymore in a Q&A when she made the admission.

In a video posted to Instagram, she added that while she often gets compliments on her pad from fans, she insisted that ‘social media is a f**king lie’.
‘I’m about to offload something that’s been plaguing my mind for a while,’ her post began.
‘When I moved into this apartment, I think I felt as if I had something to prove. I was getting a lot of pressure about not having started my own business and not seeming successful.’
‘People were asking what my next steps were in my career. I had just bought my dream car so I guess I wanted to keep going. ‘
‘I needed to move because my car didn’t fit in my current space and when I found this apartment I thought this might be flashy enough to appease people.’

‘I’ve found it really hard to be naturally in love with this space and call it home. It’s an absolute waste of money.’
She added that she wants to downsize to a cheaper two bedroom apartment and preferably in an ‘Art Deco building’.
Cassidy also said she isn’t ‘broke’ and it’s her choice if she does decide to downsize.
‘But if I move out of this space into something not as nice I don’t want to have to constantly defend my decision and explain it was a choice and not because I’m broke or whatever these keyboard warriors will come up with,’ she said.

In an accompanying clip, Cassidy thanked her concerned followers for reaching out and said she needs to remind herself to just ‘do what makes her happy’ rather than worry what anyone else thinks.
‘Everyone’s idea of success is different… social media is such a f**king lie,’ she said.
Fans were quick react to the image on social media, with one writing: ‘That’s just disappointing.’
Days later, McGill issued another statement, this time revealing she had sought therapy as a result of the public backlash.
Cassidy rose to fame on the very first season of Love Island Australia in 2018.
