During Wednesday night’s episode, stunner Sophie closed things off with Chris Taylor to focus completely on her relationship with Joshua.
However, he had other ideas as Joanna entered the South African villa turning his head from Sophie.
ITV2 viewers took to X – formerly known as Twitter – in shock by Joshua’s actions as they slam him for being a ‘wild boy’.
One wrote: ‘Sophie shutting Chris down cos she likes Josh… to Josh wanting to get to know Joanna even though he’s told Sophie she’s his future wife. You can’t write this’.

Another penned: ‘Sophie is over there closing the doors whilst Josh is opening all the doors she’s trying to close men will what? They will kill you.’
A third said: ‘The cuts from sophie dumping chris to josh saying he’s open’.
‘Josh is a wild boy how he let Sophie call things off with Chris and then start entertaining Joanna? LOL’, added another.
A fourth said: ‘It’s like a horror movie. Sophie is closing things off with Chris and Josh is cracking on.’
Another added: ‘Sophie’s gonna get so hurt and I don’t wanna watch that’.
Elsewhere during the show Hannah Elizabeth and Tyler Cruickshank were the latest islanders to be dumped from the villa.
The islanders voted for Hannah, 33, and Tyler, 28, to be eliminated ahead of bombshells Casey O’Gorman and Joanna Chimonides’ arrival.
But viewers watching vented their frustrations as the boys picked Hannah out of all the girls to send home, with many thinking Georgia Steel should have gone after Tuesday’s explosive episode.

It was up to Tom Clare to deliver the news to Hannah. He said: ‘We don’t want to see any girls packing the bags.
‘We’ve had to think about people who maybe haven’t tried as much or in weaker couples. The girl we have decided to dump is Hannah.’
The duo were joined by Liberty Poole and Mitch Taylor during their exit chats with Maya Jama.
Liberty opened up about her rocky relationship with Mitch during the chat after they were voted out of the ITV2 show by the public.
Liberty admitted she had ‘highs and lows’ with Mitch in the villa but unfortunately their spark came to a ‘crashing end’.
Speaking to Maya, she said: ‘You know what we are half way through and couples are cementing together now and me and Mitch fell a part this week so it was expected.
‘Our romance came to an abrupt end. I feel like we bring a lot to the villa but as individuals and as it was a roller coaster we had fun together but in the end it crash.
‘I think it came down to communication and you just weren’t getting the memo Mitch.’
Maya pointed out that Mitch ‘you pulled a face’, in which he replied: ‘I don’t know I’m not here to argue I was very transparent and honest I did what I wanted to in the villa and Libs has feeling and I don’t think I was that bad.’
Liberty joked: ‘He is messy Mitch and I am liner Lib and opposites don’t always attract’.

If you had to pick your top Islanders from Series 1 to 10 to couple up with who would they be and why? Chris Taylor, he’s hilarious and the main thing I’m attracted to is a man who can make me laugh. What a fun guy and like I said, I’m looking for someone to TikTok with so I reckon he’d be game for that sort of stuff!

Why are you returning to the Love Island Villa? I’m 25, I have a house, a cat, a nice car – I have everything in life but a boyfriend, so why not give it as go.
You’ve been brave and honest in opening up about being conned by a former partner. How has this experience impacted the way in which you now approach dating?
I take that experience as a really positive reflection now. I look at it as something I had to go through to make me stronger and learn things in life for me to be able to learn what I want in my next partner.

I found love last time, so I am back and ready to give it another go.

When you’re with someone 24/7 you really get to know them. It can be such an alien environment, so you really get to know someone in a short space of time. It’s Love Island – it’s the best place!

I had the most amazing experience before, so get me back in that villa.

How did the Barbie Movie come about? I was invited to an afterparty by Margot Robbie and then ended up at an after party with her. I started to panic and make conversation with her, just having really stupid chats. All I can assume is that my silly chat made an impression on Margot Robbie. 18 months later I got an email from Warner Brothers.

What do you need to know? Joshua, was one of the original Islanders in 2015 and has since made a name for himself on reality TV shows including Ex on the Beach and Celebs Go Dating – and because of his highly publicised romances.

I had a fun experience the first time around but I didn’t go the full way and find love, so I’d love to find someone this time.

As she enters the show for a second time, Joanna, who dated England footballer Ben Chilwell, has vowed not to play it safe – and will tread on toes if she needs to.
