The girls of the Love Island: All Star villa are nothing if not preened and polished.
Yet the stunning stars of the show – including Molly Smith, Georgia Harrison and twins Jess and Eve Gale – sported wholly different looks before their respective stints on the career-making ITV show.

MOLLY SMITH
Molly shot to fame in 2020’s series six, where she left the villa with Callum Jones – having broken the heart of his existing partner Shaughna Phillips.
While her now-ex Callum has joined her in the All Stars villa, Molly has won widespread praise from her co-stars for being ‘a stunning girl’.
Throwback snaps reveal Molly used to rock a wholly different look, with a remarkably different image – complete with thinner lips and lighter tresses.
Molly revealed in 2021 that she had gone under the knife for a breast enlargement – and admitted she was ‘delighted’ with her new bust.
She said at the time: ‘I feel so much more confident in my personal life and in my modelling work now. Everything from the breast size to the profile is perfect for me and I couldn’t be any happier with the results…
‘When I was on holiday, I couldn’t wait to put my bikinis on – in the past, I was always trying to add more padding to them!… Clothes-wise, I didn’t feel restricted at all like I used to. I wore backless dresses and didn’t have the worry about stick-on bras…
‘I only packed one bra which I didn’t even end up wearing! ‘I’m over the moon with my results, I wish I’d have done it sooner’

THE GALE TWINS
Eve and Jess Gale entered 2020’s series six, however swiftly departed after struggling to find love within the villa.
Last week, the twins re-entered the villa – during which Callum noted the girls had ‘blossomed’ with their new look.
Despite their recent transformations, the duo rocked wholly different looks years before as they were practically unrecognisable as redheads, years before discovering hair dye and fake tan.
In pictures from 2015, Eve and Jess looked a far cry from their promo shots, while a former school pal reveals the ‘smart and fashionable’ pair were always destined for a TV career.
A source revealed: ‘Eve and Jess were outgoing and confident at school, as well as popular. They were always together and supported each other, which was really sweet to see. At school they were smart and achieved good grades…
‘But they always loved fashion so it’s not surprising they have a lot of Instagram followers and are going on Love Island. They were always up for a laugh and people liked them, they will definitely do well in the villa.’

GEORGIA HARRISON
Georgia, who starred on TOWIE in 2014, shot to fame on series three in 2017, however left in week seven, before going on to explore other reality TV avenues.
Pictures from her TOWIE days, show Georgia looking remarkably different – with a thinner pout, a transformed make-up look and shorter hair.
Last year, Georgia had her lips drained after ‘seriously overfilling her pout’.
Documenting the procedure on Instagram last year, she revealed: ‘The reason I decided to do it was because friends highlighted it to me, and I think it actually got to the point where I had borderline body dysmorphia and I couldn’t even see it…
‘It’s definitely the best decision I’ve made, I can move my lips properly now’.
She admitted she hoped the procedure would inspire other stars to do the same, saying: ”I saw other influencers doing it which also gave me confidence…
‘That’s why I definitely want to speak about it with my followers, maybe I’ll inspire other people that perhaps are slightly nervous about doing so.’

In 2019, Arabella was a late entry into series five of the show, during which she took Danny Williams and Anton Danyluk on dates.
She caused excitement among Islanders as her ‘model’ status was revealed, however on the outside the shock nature of her modelling wowed viewers.
It was later revealed that Arabella had posed with a fake pregnancy bump to plug maternity clothes for online retail giant ASOS.
