She wrote in a blog post that despite her health complications she is going to make 2026 her year of trying for a second child.
Louise said: ‘I still have ovaries, which means I have fertility and some options. I’m going to try to do what I can to get some eggs out of them.
The mother-of-one nearly died when she gave birth to her first child Leo-Hunter in 2021 after an emergency caesarean, during which she lost ’12 and a half litres of blood’.Â
She went on to suffer with PTSD and post-natal anxiety due to her near-death experience and has since been diagnosed with Lupus, Asherman’s syndrome, suffered a second Hemorrhage, and has also had a stoma bag fitted.
In the blog, Louise shared that she is hoping to ‘expand her family’ this year after she and partner Ryan are ‘finally feeling ready’ to welcome another child.
The TV personality admitted she is ‘afraid’ of the couple’s ‘complicated’ journey ahead after previously stating she is likely unable to carry another baby due to severe health complications from her traumatic first birth.
Louise also shared that she is ready to share her journey and opened up about a miscarriage she suffered in 2020 before welcoming son Leo.Â
She continued: ‘All I want for 2026… Is a baby!’ written across it she penned: ‘I’m about to share something incredibly personal in a totally public arena, and it feels a little unhinged, especially when our fertility future feels so uncertain.Â

‘We are incredibly stable, and we’re willing and ready to welcome in this new chapter. It’s the 4th Jan. It’s been two months since Leo celebrated his 4th birthday.Â
‘Fertility treatment is apparently VERY routine these days… the emotional and financial toll is where most of the hardship and stress comes in.’
Louise was placed on suicide watch due to being ‘mentally checked out’ following the traumatic birth of Leo.
And last year her fiancé Ryan revealed heartbreaking details of her battle with postpartum depression – but now she is in a much more hopeful place in her life.
The campaigner added: ‘I’ve been doing a lot of reading and research, and I probably know an irritating amount about all of this now. So stay posted.
‘I also weirdly signed up to a surrogacy Facebook forum when Leo was around two years old.Â
‘A bunch of my friends were having their second and third children, and a bunch more were pregnant, and it was a hard time for me.Â
‘This was incredibly ambitious at the time, but I felt intrigued and optimistic when I did it. I spent 20 minutes there and felt really scared. Much like my recovery, i’ve moved at a snails pace. Dipping my toe in and out when I feel strong enough.’
