Louise Redknapp Dazzles in Racy Sheer Lace Dress at Fashion Awards

Louise Redknapp endured she stood out from the crowd on Monday night, as she hit the navy carpet at the annual Fashion Awards at the Royal Albert Hall.

The UK’s answer to the Met Gala, a whole host of celebrities put their best fashion foot forward in an attempt to capture attention with their glamorous and quirky looks.

And Louise, 51, was no exception, putting a racier display than usual in a sheer lace gown that left her black underwear on full display.

The figure-hugging number clung to every inch of her svelte frame and boasted a small flowing train and a nude bodysuit underneath to create a braless illusion.

The former Eternals star elevated the monochromatic look with a pair of statement gold earrings and a trio of matching chunky bangles.

The singer completed her look with pointed black stilettos and gripped a glittering gold clutch as she made her stylish exit from the ceremony at the end of the night.

Her daring look for the evening looked strikingly similar to the sheer black outfit Louise wore at her last awards show appearance two weeks ago.

The mother-of-two attended the ZYN Rolling Stone UK Awards 2025 last month in a racy lace bodysuit that exposed her bra underneath, teamed with a pencil skirt.

She was joined at the ceremony in Camden by her boyfriend Drew Michael, who she has been dating since October 2023.

Louise found love with the businessman, 41, after her split from ex-husband Jamie Redknapp in 2017 following 19 years of marriage.

And in the summer, she gushed over Drew after her tough marriage breakdown and got candid about their future plans.

She told The Sun in July: ‘Drew’s great. We’re having a lovely time together. It took me a long time to get to that place and be open about anything.

‘I was very guarded and scared. But I’m really enjoying having special times with someone. He’s a great guy and super-kind.’

Asked if there are wedding bells on the horizon she added: ‘Oh, I’m not even thinking that far ahead. I’m not even going there.

‘I just want to be proud of this and I want to really enjoy it. I’ve met a really great guy and I’m really happy. But you never know what the future holds.’

She added that her two sons Charlie, 21, and William, 17, who she shares with ex Jamie, also really get on well with Drew.

While the hitmaker also hit back at criticism over their nine-year age gap, dismissing the ‘toyboy’ label.

Louise said being called a ‘cougar’ is ‘water off a duck’s back’ to her and insisted that ‘age is irrelevant’ as she doesn’t ‘feel older than him’.

Considered one of the biggest nights in the fashion calendar, the Fashion Awards honour some of the most dazzling names and faces in the global fashion industry – celebrating household names and emerging designers.

This year, the ceremony was hosted by Oscar-nominated actor Colman Domingo, who offered a nod to the awards’ UK heritage by dressing in Burberry for the red carpet.

The annual event began in 1989 and was originally known as the British Fashion Awards until 2016, when the name changed to better reflect the global pool of talent being recognised.

First hosted at the iconic Royal Albert Hall, the awards have also been held at the Natural History Museum – four times – and three times at the Victoria & Albert Museum.

They returned to the Royal Albert Hall in 2016, and have stayed there ever since, becoming an annual hotspot for some of fashion’s biggest names.

From Princess Diana and the Spice Girls, to Vivienne Westwood and Karl Lagerfeld, the awards have welcomed some of the world’s most famous faces from fashion and beyond.
