The Influencer, 43, lost her husband to stage four adrenal when he was aged 64.
And in her first interview since his passing, Lorna reflected on her wonderful lavish life with the former banker as she addressed their choice to not have children.
Explaining that they had tried for children when they had first got married when she was 26, she said that when she didn't get pregnant she decided to focus on her career.
Reflecting on the decision she said: 'Over the past couple of years I’d say, "Do you think we should have done something about that? Shall we go and get me checked out?"
'But then John got ill… I don’t dwell on what might have been, but just recently I was asking the guy who does my Botox if I should freeze my eggs.'

Lorna Luxe has said she is considering having children following John's death as she shared her late husband would be proud of her following a 'stressful' life change this week
'I don’t dwell on what might have been, but just recently I was asking the guy who does my Botox if I should freeze my eggs,' shared Lorna
She told The Times: 'I’ve always been part of a partnership; now I’ve got these big decisions to make alone.'
Lorna has also revealed she has undergone a 'stressful' life change after she was forced to move house once again.
The couple previously moved out of their £2.5million home in sleepy Moreton Paddox, famously referred to as Ghost House, in 2025 while extensive renovations took place.
And now Lorna has moved into a new temporary home while she awaits the renovations being complete.
Taking to her Instagram Story on Wednesday night, Lorna said John would be proud of her as she explained: 'I've whacked all my stuff in storage so it's a bit disorientating for Kev-bear.
'We moved in with a suitcase of clothes, a corkscrew and a kettle... I hadn't anticipated having to move out of our last place so this has all been a bit stressful but you know what, John would be so proud that I pulled it off and found me and Bear an even better gaff to 'temporarily' call home'.
John was originally diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in 2023, but after a period of remission his cancer returned the following year, spreading to his brain.
