Rinna, 62, was at the event alongside her co-star , 34, who allegedly became concerned when he noticed she was 'completely inebriated' even though she didn't have that much to drink, a source told TMZ.
Colton, who was reportedly with Rinna the whole night, notified her team who then took her out of the party, after she took a group photo with other cast members.
It's not known if the former star went to the hospital or if police were involved in the incident.
Photos from the party show the star at a table with her husband, , 74, co-star , as well as Underwood.
