Lisa Rinna went topless for the latest Cosmopolitan in a Marilyn Monroe inspired shoot.
The iconic actress posed nearly naked for the ‘Sex After 60’ issue while speaking candidly about sexuality and aging, admitting that she has taken pole dancing lessons and undergone hormone therapy to address both.
‘I just turned 60 in July, and there’s this whole thing about aging gracefully. And I’m like, “F*** it. I’m going to age disgracefully,’ she explained.
‘I’m not going to buy into any notion that this, this, and this happens when you turn 60. I’m just going to fight it all the way, because I want to do it my way.’
She also opened up about why she left The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and revealed that she still keeps in touch with some of her former castmates.

‘I have my friends that I talk to, and they will always be my friends, because they became my friends through the show,’ she said.
The photo shoot was just as bold as the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s words, as she showcased her figure in barely-there ensembles for a variety of snaps.
In one, Lisa covers her bare chest with her hands as she strikes a pose in black underwear. In another, she rocks a sheer, bedazzled bodysuit.
Yet another has the soap opera alum completely topless and holding a pink sheer fabric across her body.
Other snaps feature the brunette beauty posing like a supermodel in a black baby doll dress, a turquoise gown and a stunning LBD.
‘I was so excited to shoot this cover because this is the kind of thing that moves the needle,’ she said of posing at age 60.
‘It moves the needle for my daughters. It moves the needle for women to go, “Holy s***. You can do that. You do not have to give up, go out to pasture, calm down, turn it way down when you turn 60 or when you get older.’
As for how pole dancing helped her embrace her sexuality more, Lisa mentioned that it occurred after two years of classes starting in 2002.
‘I just turned 60 in July, and there’s this whole thing about aging gracefully. And I’m like, “F*** it. I’m going to age disgracefully.,’ she explained
She added that her husband of almost 30 years, Harry Hamlin, was also a fan of her pole dancing classes; seen in 2021
‘And that changed everything, because it felt safe. It changed my whole perception and fear about sexuality and expressing yourself,’ she said.
‘I did it for a good two years, and I don’t think I ever looked back. Then I was just able to really be open, really share it.’

‘Harry was thrilled, obviously. I mean, I learned a lot of really good tricks.’
In regards to the hormone therapy, Lisa is a big fan as it helped with her stages of menopause.
‘The truth is, you change. You’re not about making a baby. So you’re not as crazy sexually driven—you just aren’t,’ she said.
‘I’m a big proponent of hormones, because I think that without them, life is just f****** miserable. They have been really helpful in my being able to stay feeling good about myself.’

As for the RHOBH exit, Lisa said she needed to leave to grieve her mother, who died shortly before they were filming Lisa’s last season in 2021.
‘It changed me, changed my whole life. I lost my mind. I went crazy. I was filming. I was trying to grieve in public. And I went absolutely insane in the process until I removed myself from the situation and was really able to sit and grieve more properly.’
She also revealed if she is tuning in to the latest season of RHOBH.
‘I’m not, no. I think that when you leave a job that you’ve had for eight years, you have to really disengage, and I had to disengage completely for my own sanity. So yeah, no.’
