When Lindy Klim announced she was ‘super broke’ after her marriage breakdown, those who had followed her luxury lifestyle on Instagram were puzzled.
The former wife of Olympic swimmer Michael Klim and, later, British property developer Adam Ellis seemed to enjoy a charmed expat life at her villa in Uluwatu.
When she wasn’t flaunting a designer wardrobe, she was promoting her business venture Fig Femme – a vulva sheet mask (yes, I know) that was once quite popular in the feminine hygiene ‘wellness’ space.
But as her relationship with Adam crumbled in Bali, so did her intimate skincare brand.
Back in February, we reported how Lindy and her children had hurriedly returned to Australia with a single suitcase, leaving all their possessions behind.

Daily Mail has obtained documents that show Lindy Klim’s intimate wellness company Fig Femme is in trouble, with a winding-up application filed in May 2025

Amid this sudden move, she made no mention of the future of Fig Femme. Now, we can reveal the brand has become yet another casualty of this turbulent chapter.
Daily Mail has obtained documents that show her company is in trouble.
Fig Femme has been named in insolvency proceedings in the Victorian Supreme Court, with a winding-up application filed in May 2025
While the business is still officially listed as active, court records show creditors sought to have the company liquidated in 2024 and again in 2025.
The brand has not posted on its social media pages since February this year, and the official online store is inactive.
Its products are also no longer being sold on Kourtney Kardashian‘s POOSH website.
Lindy had launched the range of vaginal care products back in 2020, billing it, delicately, as ‘skincare for down there’.
Products included a ‘Refresh Daily Wash’ for your intimate parts and the ‘Revive Hydrating Mist’ for eliminating odour-causing bacteria.

There was also the ‘Restore Mask’ – a luxurious sheet mask for the vulva.
In 2021, she celebrated a business milestone after Fig Femme was tapped by POOSH, becoming the first Australian label to be featured on the website.
Fig Femme received its fair share of criticism, however, with celebrity sexologist Dr Nikki Goldstein arguing that gynaecological problems and concerns should always be dealt with by medically-trained professionals, not ‘intimate wellness’ companies.
‘If there is something that doesn’t feel or seem right, it’s a doctor that needs to be consulted, not a beauty brand,’ she told Daily Mail at the time.
Fig Femme is the second of Lindy’s retail ventures to have faltered.
In 2017, she launched her debut fashion label Rama Voyage, a collection of resort-style pieces designed to reflect her Bali-inspired aesthetic.
While the brand’s trademark is still active, Lindy has all but abandoned promoting the brand in recent years. Rama Voyage last posted to Instagram back in 2019 and the online store no longer exists.
Meanwhile, Lindy is getting back on her feet following her split from Adam after six years of marriage.
Having spent 14 years living in Bali, the model started afresh last October when she moved into an apartment in Melbourne.

Lindy, who is now dating medical tech businessman Paul Mullert, told Daily Mail at the time she did not realise how ‘damaging’ her relationship with Adam had become, and admitted there were issues she had ignored at first.
‘I left almost everything, I only took the essentials. I just brought back clothes, my coffee machine and my Globe Kitchen knives which I have had forever as I love cooking,’ she said of her rushed return to Australia.
‘I started from scratch, I feel like it’s cleansing. My old life was so traumatic for me I just wanted to start fresh.’
Despite the painful break-up, Lindy said she was certain she would return to her island home someday.
‘Bali is my home, my family still live [there], it’s where I feel grounded spiritually. But I probably won’t go back for quite a while. I just need to settle into Australia and give it a little rest for a while,’ she said.
Before her marriage breakdown, Lindy lived in tropical paradise.

In 2017, she and Adam moved into this two-storey Bali villa with her three children with Michael – Stella, 19, Rocco, 16, and Frankie, 13 – and her daughter with Adam, seven-year-old Goldie

A spacious living room boasted spectacular floor-to-ceiling glass doors overlooking a lap pool, covered deck and tropical garden outside.
In October, Lindy announced she would be renting out the property on Airbnb for $1,057 per guest, per night.

‘Proud moment for me! I bought this big boy all on my own,’ Lindy wrote next to photos of herself posing in front of a blue SUV.
‘Huge thanks to the amazing friends who have loaned me a car since November – forever grateful,’ she added.

Lindy had married Adam in 2018 in a lavish Tuscan ceremony.
‘He’s just a normal, nice guy. We’ve been seeing each other for a few months and just taking it slow,’ Lindy said at the time.
It was her second marriage: she had tied the knot with swimmer Michael Klim in 2006, before they announced their divorce a decade later.
