Lindsay Hubbard is looking back at the past year of her life, after her break-up with Summer House co-star Carl Radke.

The 38-year-old reality star took to Instagram to share a slew of pics from her past year on Friday, exactly one year after the split.

She also broke down her year after the break-up, telling her 687K followers that it all happened for a reason, and now she’s the happiest she’s ever been, which includes expecting her first child.

‘What a difference a year makes. Today is the one year anniversary of the day that changed the course of my life forever,’ she began. 

‘When I think back to this day last year, it was one of the most difficult, humiliating & traumatic events of my adult life,’ she admitted.

She also broke down her year after the break-up, telling her 687K followers that it all happened for a reason, and now she’s the happiest she’s ever been, which includes expecting her first child 

‘But although the unknown of my future was terrifying… One year later, I can honestly say I am happier than I have ever been because I focused on my own goals, success and happiness. I am proud of just how much I accomplished in this last year,’ Hubbard said, before breaking down her last year from August 30, 2023 on.

She began by saying that the break up was, ‘the beginning of what was to come,’ while sharing a snap of her in a sleeveless white ruffled dress.

‘September 2023: Still went on my bachelorette trip with all my gf’s (which gave me the strength & confidence to start moving forward),’ she added, sharing a snap of her and several friends on a boat.

She continued with October 2023, which was for, ‘Travel, travel, travel (Denver, DC, Nashville, LA),’ sharing a snap of her in Nashville.

November 2023 featured appearances at BravoCon and the CMAs while also looking at houses in Nashville and, ‘Started going on dates.’ 

Hubbard added she, ‘Closed on my house’ in December 2023 and in January 2024 she, ‘Reconnected with my man & started going on dates with him / Bella Mag cover shoot

She continued with February 2024, where she, ‘Installed & kicked off Nash house being ready for rent,’ along with, ‘Summer House S8 premiere.’

March 2024 was her, ‘First vacation with bf,’ and she also, ‘decided to stay in my apartment & renew my lease.’

One year after the split – on August 30th, 2024 – she said, ‘I am a proud mom-to-be & have a beautiful baby girl growing inside of me (which is something I have wanted my whole life).’

Then in April 2024 she, ‘found out I’m pregnant’ plus attended ‘2 weddings’ and did ‘2 magazine cover shoots.’

She, ‘Filmed the SH S8 reunion,’ in May 2024 plus, ‘Genetic testing came back normal & healthy.’

June 2024 featured an, ‘Epic Cheez-It ad / Italy trip / Found out we’re having a girl! / 2 more weddings / Sold wedding dresses for charity,’ while July 2024 featured, ‘Pregnancy announcement / Started filming SH S9.’

One year after the split – on August 30th, 2024 – she said, ‘I am a proud mom-to-be & have a beautiful baby girl growing inside of me (which is something I have wanted my whole life).’

‘I am dating a wonderful, caring, loving, successful, & handsome man who loves me and our cub so much. I own a house & made a smart short-term and long-term investment for myself. I have done some epic brand campaigns (not just “because I’m a woman,” but because I’m smart, savvy, and have fun with brands I love),’ she said

‘Let me be your proof that everything happens for a reason & that the universe has a bigger plan for you. Even if you can’t see it in the moment, it will all work out the way it’s supposed to!’ she concluded.
