Liam Neeson Enjoys Baked Potato at SpudBros After Cozying Up to Pamela Anderson at The Naked Gun Premiere

Liam Neeson looked in good spirits as he stopped by SpudBros Express in Soho, London on Wednesday. 

The Naked Gun actor, 73, was clearly eager to sample the offerings from the world famous eatery known for their baked potatoes. 

Liam was dressed casually for the outing in a green jacket which he paired with a black T-shirt and blue jeans.

Preston-based Spud Brothers – run by real life siblings Jacob, 28, and Harley Nelson, 21 – was a quick success story following sell-out events, appearances on television and millions of followers on TikTok. 

The Taken star is clearly a fan as he was seen passing under the venue’s archway which proudly declares: ‘The greatest spuds on Earth’.  

It comes after Liam and his Naked Gun co-star Pamela Anderson looked very cosy together at the red carpet premiere of their film on Tuesday. 

Fans have been unsure about the status of the co-stars’ relationship after Liam admitted he ‘loved’ Pamela earlier this year – ahead of the film’s release on 1 August.

Now, the pair have fuelled speculation further as they put on a passionate display, cosying up on the red carpet.

For the outing, Pamela, 58, stunned in a strapless purple gown with a flowing train and accessorised with dainty dazzling jewels.

Meanwhile, Liam, 73, cut a dapper figure in a grey textured suit paired with a black T-shirt.

The pair appeared in good spirits as the actress planted a sweet kiss on Liam’s cheek while they posed for the cameras.

Also at the premiere was Nadiya Bychkova, Michelle Heaton, Nicholas Pinnock, Joe Blackman, and Junaid Ahmed.

The Naked Gun – hitting US/UK theaters August 1 – also features Paul Walter Hauser, CCH Pounder, Kevin Durand, Busta Rhymes, Cody Rhodes, Liza Koshy, and Eddie Yu.

Jerry Zucker, Jim Abrahams, and David Zucker wrote and directed the original trilogy spanning 1988-1994, which amassed a total $476.4M at the global box office, following the short-lived ABC series Police Squad in 1982.

It comes after Liam joked that his favourite part of making the film was filming ‘the sex scenes’ with his co-star Pamela.

He joked about their intimate scenes as The Sun reported the pair were given an intimacy co-ordinator on set.

The star explained: ‘I’d never had one before. But she was in the background. There was no kind of, ‘OK! Excuse me!’

Pamela portrays a nightclub singer, who comes to Police Squad for help following the murder of her brother, in Akiva Schaffer’s slapstick comedy continuation.

However, despite their undeniable chemistry, both on-screen and off, there is no true romance between the co-stars.

An insider told the Daily Mail, ‘Liam has long felt that he isn’t going to date anymore and this connection with Pam is nothing more than an incredible friendship that they will share forever.

‘Liam is in love with Pam, but only as friends. Some might confuse their bond for something more.’

Last week, Pamela also set the record straight on romance rumours between the pair as the Baywatch queen posed for Entertainment Weekly for their digital cover.

And unfortunately there is no romance yet. ‘I think I have a friend forever in Liam,’ she said. ‘And we definitely have a connection that is very sincere, very loving, and he’s a good guy.’
