And now Liam Gallagher, 51, wants to switch things up as he takes on a new venture – transforming his home.

The ex-Oasis frontman also let his love for music icon Elvis Presley slip as a huge picture of the legendary singer was spotted in his home.

Liam made the admission when it was seen in photos attached to his planning application to build a swimming pool and a bigger security fence at his mansion.

The pictures also revealed that the star got rid of his party wigwam (a rounded structure made from a frame of poles lived in by Native Americans) in the back garden.

The Sun reports he plans to get rid of his central garden fire pit to make way for a more relaxed setting of a summerhouse and sunloungers around the pool.

He’s also reportedly dumped the BBQ area for an uber-trendy outdoor pizza oven, which costs well over £2,000.

The Oasis star also plans to have a feature tree at the front of the house, an Acer palmatum Bloodgood, which is a unique Japanese tree that boasts a gorgeous purple colour.

Even though Liam has his plans in motion and has started to make some changes, the environmentally conscious star has ensured that all of his historic trees will be retained and the roots protected via special measures throughout construction.

The swimming pool will also reportedly have a special heat pump, which means the noise level will only be 27 dB from ten metres away – the same as a soft whisper.

According to the publication, the planning application added: ‘An air source heat pump has been proposed to meet the heating requirements of the proposed swimming pool.’

‘This essential component is designed to efficiently regulate the pool’s temperature while minimising environmental impact, with the aim of reducing the carbon footprint associated with pool heating and avoiding the use of gas.’

Liam was previously given the green light to install new external doors and complete internal alterations as well as refurbishment works which included a fancy booze room complete with a posh bar and stools.

The star claimed to The Sun at the time that ‘you’ve got to undo all the bad work you’ve done’ and ‘get back to reality’ as it’s now time to ‘get healthy’.

MailOnline have contacted representatives for comment.

Liam and his fiancée Debbie Gwyther, 41, spent almost £4million on the luxurious home back in 2020 and snaps from inside the five-bedroom property showed its impressive interior.

The sizeable house has elegant features including landscaped gardens, several hand-carved fireplaces, wooden beams and an impressive staircase to the two upper floors.

Other pictures showed a spacious kitchen with a large island in the middle as well as built-in white cupboards for extra storage on three of the rooms walls.

While another snap showed one of the home’s bathrooms, which boasts a checkerboard floor and beautiful view of the trees in the garden.

And if Liam was looking for somewhere to relax, the library appears to be the perfect place and even has a secret door built into the shelves to create the perfect quiet escape.

There’s also a huge back garden, perfect for entertaining in, which is split into a couple of sections including a patio space and large grass area.

As for the property’s five bedrooms, large windows make sure that light can flood in and many of the rooms have stunning wood beams on show.

Materials were thought to have come from a show home created for the British Empire Exhibition in 1924 and the local council put the property on its heritage list because of its ‘historical significance’.

It was the first home the musician and Debbie, his former personal assistant, have bought together. The couple paid around £4million for the property.

The pair got engaged in 2020 while on holiday on Italy’s Amalfi Coast.

Its previous owner was KC Dinah Rose, a human rights barrister who was set to become president of Magdalen College, Oxford, at the time.

Liam reportedly left his former home, a £2.1million pad in Highgate, following arguments with neighbours.

The loudmouth singer denied he had described locals there as ‘prats’ but appeared to be seeking a more sedate lifestyle at his new home.
