Lewis Capaldi was spotted with his personal trainer in London on Tuesday as he focuses on health amid his career hiatus.
The Glaswegian singer, 27, took a break from touring in summer 2023 to focus on his mental health, after struggling with Tourette’s and anxiety.
Lewis was seen out with his fitness trainer in London following a gruelling work-out, after it was revealed he had bought a house in the city.
Outside 24-hour The Gym in West Hampstead, Lewis sported a black hoodie with the words ‘Ear Worms Only’ on it, as well as fluorescent pink running trainers, before getting into a car.
The hit-maker also donned a air of Nike sports shorts, while his PT opted for a grey-on-grey work-out ensemble.

Lewis, who has Tourette’s syndrome, announced he would be taking a break away from the spotlight for his mental health when he took to the stage at Glastonbury in June 2023.
Tourette’s syndrome is a neurological condition characterised by a combination of involuntary noises and movements called tics.
These symptoms impacted Lewis’ Glastonbury 2023 performance as crowds helped the tearful performer through his song Someone You Loved.
But on New Year’s Day, Lewis returned to social media for the first time in six months to announce that he was releasing an extended edition of his second album Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent.
One fan who had already listened to the new additions shortly after midnight gushed: ‘Lewis thank you so much for these 5 new songs. They are so beautiful and honest and they made me feel understood.’
The tracks are called Strangers, A Cure For Minds Unwell, Someone I Could Die For, The Ancient Art Of Always F***ing Up and Old Navy Blue.
Lewis explained: ‘After some back-and-forth about whether it was the right thing to do, I’ve decided it would be a shame for these extra five songs, which are so incredibly special to me, to sit on my hard drive, never to see the light of day.’
The album originally hit number one in the UK charts after its May 2023 release, staying there for two consecutive weeks.

Lewis, who also owns a £1.6million mansion on the outskirts of Glasgow, added on X: ‘I was absolutely terrified of disappointing you all, afraid of not living up to expectations and, in all honesty, scared that the whole thing would be a complete flop.
‘But thanks to all of you, it wasn’t.
‘It’s mind-blowing to see the songs on this album still resonating with so many of you despite the fact I’ve not been out there promoting it or touring, it means the world to me.
‘Which brings me to the reason for this big b*****d of a letter I’m writing . . . ‘Prior to my decision to f*** off for a bit, I’d always hoped to release an extended version at some point!’
He then revealed that the lengthened album would be out on New Year’s Day, and while many were watching fireworks as the clocks struck midnight, Lewis’ super-fans could refresh their streaming platforms to delight in the new release.
The star also issued an update on his mental health journey in the post.

Lewis took to social media for the first time in six months to announce the news, as well as to give an update on his fight with Tourette’s and anxiety
He said his time off has been ‘going great’ and that he has noticed a ‘marked improvement’ in both his Tourette’s and anxiety.
However, he clarified that now would not be the time for his return from time off, saying: ‘For now I’m going to continue taking some time to carry on looking after myself, maybe writing some music and taking a moment to reflect on some of the most incredible years of my life.
‘I want to make absolutely sure I’m 100 per cent before getting back out there again properly for more shows and doing what I love more than anything.
‘Hope this tides you all over until we can get in a room and sing them together some day very soon.’
