Leonardo DiCaprio Enjoys Boys’ Night Out with Nuggets and Soda in LA

Face masks and model girlfriends were put to one side on Wednesday evening as Leonardo DiCaprio enjoyed a night out with the boys in Los Angeles. 

The Oscar-winning actor was courtside at Crypto.com Arena as his beloved Los Angeles Lakers took on their NBA rivals San Antonio Spurs in a hotly contested basketball match. 

And luck appeared to favour the home side, with DiCaprio, 50, on hand to watch his team narrowly beat the visitors 118-116. 

The actor has developed a reputation for hiding his famous features behind a series of surgical masks while out in public, but the item was tucked away as he hunkered down with his friends at the Los Angeles venue. 

And with good reason, as DiCaprio devoured a tray of chicken nuggets and drained a large soda while watching the Lakers beat their Texas rivals. 

It was a rare night away from model girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, with the actor apparently favouring the company of two male friends for his appearance at the game. 

DiCaprio and the considerably younger Ceretti, 27, have been romantically linked since summer 2023 following his split from actress Camila Morrone, now 28.

He and Morrone first got together in 2017 but split in 2022, shortly before her 25th birthday that June.

The following year, DiCaprio was spotted on an ice cream date in Los Angeles with Ceretti.

The couple reportedly met at the Killers of The Flower Moon premiere at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival.

Last November there was widespread speculation about whether DiCaprio had popped the question to Ceretti, who was previously married to Italian DJ Matteo Milleri.

Earlier this year, Ceretti made rare comments about her age-gap romance with DiCaprio in an interview with Vogue France.

She revealed for the first time that the couple actually met ‘… in Milan. But I prefer not to go into details.’

And the beauty added that she’s a fan of her beau’s iconic 1997 film Titanic, which was released the year before she was born.

‘Who hasn’t seen it? Or didn’t like it? It’s an iconic film…’ she noted.

Ceretti also said the couple’s love for one another is strong enough to transcend jealousy between them.

She explained, ‘It’s something you learn: if what you’re experiencing is real, if you know you love each other, then there’s no reason to be alarmed. Because love protects and gives confidence.’

She told the magazine she has forged a close bond with the One Battle After Another star’s family, particularly his mother, Irmelin Indenbirken.

And insiders recently claimed to The Sun that Indenbirken played a big role in championing DiCaprio’s relationship with Ceretti.

‘Vittoria’s quite different to the other girls he’s been with,’ a source told The Sun. ‘She was harder to impress, she’s very Italian and has high expectations.’

It was added: ‘Immediately she struck up a strong bond with his mother, plus she is very in demand — she’s the one with the full diary and jet-set life, not just following him around.’
