Leigh Anne Pinnock has quietly called time on her struggling swimwear brand after it failed to make a profit.
The former Little Mix star, 34, sold £30 bikinis through her inclusive In A Seashell brand – which aimed to embrace all body types and shapes.
Leigh-Anne launched her line with friend and business partner Gabrielle Urquhart in 2019 and with input from the singer’s sister Sairah.
She was also regularly seen modelling swimwear in promotional material, from a bright blue ruffled bikini to a skimpy floral two-piece.Â
But it seems the business has shut down as the firm’s website has been pulled, its stock has been removed from retailer ASOS and its Instagram page hasn’t been updated since February.
And while the firm behind the company is still active, the latest accounts for the company filed this week at Companies House show they are still to make a profit after six years of trading – which included pandemic lockdowns when getaways were limited.

The balance sheet for Pure & Obsession Ltd – the firm set up to run the fashion company – shows debts of £165,000 for 2025.
Some fans noticed the website disappear some weeks ago, writing: ‘@leighannepinnock what happened to @inaseashell website [crying emoji].’
The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Leigh-Anne for comment. Â
Back in 2020, Gabrielle was upbeat about the future of the outfit when the firm celebrated its first birthday.
She wrote on social media: ‘Happy 1 year birthday @inaseashell I am so proud of this journey that me and my girl @leighannepinnock are on.
‘We are super excited for the future and to show you all our new designs. thank you everyone for your support, it means the world to us.’
The company motto is ‘nothing but love and good vibes’.
It comes after Leigh-Anne candidly opened up about the challenges in her marriage to footballer Andre Gray. Â

She joined Rosie and Chris Ramsey on their sh***ed, Married, Annoyed podcast last month, where she discussed her ‘hard’ family dynamic with her four-year-old twin daughters and her husband Andre, 34.
Andre currently plays for Turkish club Fatih Karagümrük, meaning he spends long periods away from his family home in the UK.Â
Discussing their long-distance relationship, Leigh-Anne explained: ‘Even now with my husband living abroad… we probably see each other, maybe if we are lucky, three days in a month. It’s so s**t.’
Confirming that he currently lives in Turkey, she added: ‘We have been doing that for three years. They (the twins) have just turned four.’
Host Rosie then remarked: ‘That’s hard, that must be hard for him as well though?’
Leigh-Anne replied: ‘So hard. He’s struggling a little bit to be fair.’
The singer tied the knot with Andre in June 2023 after welcoming their twins together in August 2021.Â

However, their relationship hasn’t always been plain sailing.Â
In June 2024, Leigh-Anne revealed her husband Andre ‘broke her heart’ in the early days of their relationship in a TikTok video.Â
During the video clip, the star implied that things weren’t always plain sailing for the couple as she told how he had changed his ways to be with her.Â
Leigh-Anne revealed that she ‘learnt the power of forgiveness’ as the footballer ‘went out of his way to change for her’.
