Alongside her other clip on Instagram, Natasha wrote: ‘My Liverpool Home. To the city I grew up in, you never cease to amaze me. I’m a big believer in never forgetting where you’re from, so join me as I take a trip down memory lane. ✨
‘I grew up in Kenny, right on the city’s doorstep. Growing up so close to town always felt exciting—there was always somewhere to go, something to see, or a little adventure to be had.
‘I remember sitting on the top deck of the bus with my dad, watching the world go by as he took me to yet another new place.
‘Even now, whenever I’m back in Liverpool with him, he shares stories of his childhood. Being from Liverpool 1, the Anglican Cathedral was practically his playground—there’s even a bench there with his name carved on it (still there to this day, I think!).
‘I was laughing recently, reminiscing about moments like doing cross-country runs around Newsham Park come hail, rain, or shine.

‘Or getting all excited for the youth disco, just so we could hang out with the boys (I went to an all-girls school run by nuns). And, of course, all the street drama—Coronation Street didn’t have a patch on Kenny!
‘But what stands out the most is the sense of pride and community. I grew up in a home filled with so much love and support from my parents ❤️, and the city gave me that same love and support too. It taught me to believe that anything was possible.
‘A few years ago, I even managed to visit the house I grew up in until I left for London at 16 (mum wasn’t too thrilled about that!). It felt surreal standing inside, but it will always be our house.
‘Liverpool will always have my heart—the place that shaped me into the fearless kid who dared to chase big dreams and nurtured my love for music ❤️. What does your hometown mean to you?
